Why do they call online deceivers catfishes? I think they are lovely creatures. The fish not the people. One of my peppered catfishes. I like them even if they are bottom feeders. You can tell the weather is horrible outside can't you?
NS' first widecab Dash 9, 8889, leads 33J west at Iles after making a setout at Shops. The 8889, which has recently been repainted into Horsehead Black, is looking good for being nearly 21 years old.

Antwerp National Zoo.
Antwerp Zoo (Dutch: ZOO Antwerpen) is a zoo in the centre of Antwerp, Belgium, located next to the Antwerpen-Centraal railway station. It is the oldest animal park in the country, and one of the oldest in the world, established on 21 July 1843.
This is the second time that Leslie Anne decided to try catfish grilled outside along with the usual veggies and cornbread. She chose an excellent white wine to go with the fish. Her lovely black dress almost looks navy blue when the light hits it a certain way.
Allen David Broussard Catfish Creek Preserve State Park is located east of Dundee in Polk County, FL. It is one of the best places to experience Florida scrub, a habitat that is usually pretty low on my list of favorites in Florida, but one that comes off very well in Catfish Creek, where rare rolling terrain and a multitude of large ponds make this a very enjoyable and unique hiking experience. I always advocate hiking in Florida during the winter, and this is exceptionally true at Catfish Creek, where the sandy surface is a pleasure to experience in the cold, but near unbearable in the heat.

My cat Lilly watching my aquariums only resident a Cory Catfish. Both Lilly and the catfish are about four years old, and Lilly jumps to her perch an end stand every day when it is time to feed the catfish. I'm not kidding myself she would love to eat the catfish but the catfish protected by the glass and water, means she will have to settle for just visiting. I have trained her not to swat at the glass at least when I am looking, ha ha.

I see videos on TicToc and YouTube of girls that say they "catfish" the world, which basically means that a not so good looking girl is such an expert at applying her makeup that she fools people into thinking she's actually quite good looking
I've always been fascinated how make up can transform a person's features and make them look completely different
I posted this picture of myself as a bit of an example, as without makeup I look nothing like this, but my aim is to look like I'm not wearing too much makeup, even though I'm wearing quite a lot, particularly concealer and foundation.
I've discovered the W7 range of makeup lately which is a great price and I'm wearing the W7 sheer loose powder over my foundation which I'm really happy with the results

Went to check out the winner of "Catfish Day's on the muddy Red River, with new pup Sophie. Glad it wasn't an alligator.
Even though I am shown spearing some asparagus, the grilled catfish is the star of the dinner. Our second batch of catfish did quite well, but salmon works better on her outdoor gas grill. At home my oven-broiled catfish works equally well as my oven-broiled salmon.
Alabama deep fried catfish nuggets. Catfish (or catfishes; order Siluriformes or Nematognathi) are a diverse group of ray-finned fish. Named for their prominent barbels, which resemble a cat's whiskers, catfish range in size and behavior from the three largest species, the Mekong giant catfish from Southeast Asia, the wels catfish of Eurasia and the Piraíba of South America, to detritivores (species that eat dead material on the bottom), and even to a tiny parasitic species commonly called the candiru, Vandellia cirrhosa. There are armour-plated types and there are also naked types, neither having scales. Despite their name, not all catfish have prominent barbel. Members of the Siluriformes order are defined by features of the skull and swimbladder. Catfish are of considerable commercial importance; many of the larger species are farmed or fished for food. Many of the smaller species, particularly the genus Corydoras, are important in the aquarium hobby. Many catfish are nocturnal, but others (many Auchenipteridae) are crepuscular or diurnal (most Loricariidae or Callichthyidae for example). View large for detail.
An FWC Biologist met with Patchen the day after the catch to get an official certified weight and measurements and to have the application notarized. The official measurements were 48.03 inches in total length, with a girth of 35.43 inches.
Flathead Catfish: Pylodictis olivaris
Appearance:
A flat head, tiny eyes, square-ish tail and protruding lower jaw distinguish flathead from other. They are yellow-brown, usually mottled above, with a creamy colored belly.
Habitat:
Flathead are found in the Apalachicola and Escambia rivers, where they recently arrived from Georgia and Alabama. Flatheads prefer long, slow-flowing, moderately-turbid rivers.
Behavior:
Spawning occurs in late spring. One or both parents excavate the nest that is usually made in a natural cavity or near a large submerged object. Females lay a golden-yellow mass of up to 100,000 eggs. The nest is guarded and the eggs are agitated by the male to keep them clean and aerated. They feed on other fish, especially catfish and sunfish.
Additional Information
State Record: 63.80 pounds.
Big Catch minimum: 36 inches or 25 lbs.
Fishing Tips and Facts: Their solitary lifestyle makes them more difficult to catch than other catfish. They bite best at night while in shallow water looking for food. To catch flatheads, anglers typically fish on the bottom using heavy tackle with live or freshly cut fish.
This street in downtown Columbus MS was, in the days of segregation, the economic and cultural center of the Afro American community in the town. This mural is meant to reflect that. As you recede into the background of the mural you recede backwards in time as the cars and clothing reflect an earlier time. The street is indeed named Catfish Alley. Columbus celebrates a festival every spring to honor the history and cultural significance of this site.
