little Buttons was down in the pond runoff today ... he came with Missy and Flash ... I havn't seen his mom Jorja yet ...if you look close you can see his little antlers starting ...the photo quality is crappy as he wouldn't let me get too close .. he's kind of skittery right now ...update ... I know realize this isn't Buttons ... not sure who he is but he sure is cute!

These buttons were found in a abandoned button factory in a little town in France where I live.

Mom & I have been making these Mask Mates Ear Savers (pattern by Sarah Berens) - these are two she made. It's been interesting going through the button stash and finding pairs that match the yarn and are the right size.

Worsted weight yarn; both buttons are plastic. The larger button is approx. ⅞" wide.

they belonged to my grammie...

and i keep them in a HUGE glass apothecary jar.

every now and then i take them all out and play with them...
