In an attempt to thin out my button collection I have decided to donate some to charity.

made a bunch of buttons -- doodled on paper, scanned them, did the layout on photoshop, then sent them off to my buttonmaker. =) happy happy buttons.
I used to put all my buttons with the same colour together in boxes and jars, which worked great until recently (too many buttons, too many different boxes and jars, very unorganized). My mother gave me these plastic containers for my birthday, they have different compartments, which i have to say, is very handy... I didn't like them at first (i loved all my vintage boxes and jars) but now all my buttons are starting to get so lovely organized, i really like them, even though they are not really meant for storing buttons...

Meet Buttons the dog, my neighbor's Pekingese. We go for walks every morning. He is adorable and super happy all the time.
