The Butler High School boys' basketball team with their coach and principal were sponsored to attend Vive le Livre 2008 through the generosity of one of our donors.
This Ford Crown Victoria belonged to the Butler, Alabama Police Department. Butler is the county seat of Choctaw County. This photo was made in 2007. As of 2011 Butler no longer had any cars with these markings. Butler retired its last Crown Vics in February 2012.
The John Butler Trio thrilled fans with a roots-style set at dusk during the All Good Music Festival in Thornville, Ohio.

For this picture, I decided to change Gerard Butler’s eye color. Opening the picture in GIMP, I selected his eyes with the selection tool. Once I had both eyes selected, I changed their hue and saturation from their natural bluish gray. Even though the dark red looked kind if creepy, I thought it looked cool. Instead of leaving it so that his eyes were red while the rest of the picture was normal, I turned everything but the eyes black and white to give it a more mysterious feel to the viewer.

Accompanying Extract from The Times, April 18th 1867- On the 15th inst. at Bournemouth in her 22nd year, Alice Jane daughter of the late Rev. Weeden Butler, of Wickham Market, Suffolk, and granddaughter of William Mercer, Esq., of Surbiton, Surrey.
Accompanying Note in Parsons Hand: But this young lady must have been grand-daughter of the owner of this bookplate. He, I presume, was the man who wrote the life of Hildesley Protestant BP of Sodor and Man.
Accompanying Extract from The Times, May 10th 1876- On Monday, the 8th May, aged 28, Julia Butler, of Blenheim Lodge, Surbiton, fourth daughter of the late Rev. Weeden Butler, of Wickham Market, Suffolk.

Butler's Wharf is on the south bank of the River Thames, just east of Tower Bridge, now housing luxury flats and restaurants. It was orignally a shipping wharf and warehouse complex. Lying between Shad Thames and the Thames Path, it overlooks both the bridge and St Katharine Docks on the other side of the river. Butler's Wharf is also used as a term for the surrounding area.

The Butler's Pantry contains the only cabinets in the current "kitchen".
If you notice from the pictures of the "kitchen" it's lacking quite a few of the normal kitchen like things: cabinets, stove, dishwasher, counters...
...needless to say first project will be a BRAND NEW KITCHEN...I'm not excited at all :-)
Auburn University student Keondre Thomas of Butler County received a $1,750 scholarship from the Alabama Farmers Agriculture Foundation and Butler County Farmers Federation. He was recognized at the Alabama Farmers Federation’s Scholarship Reception at the Ham Wilson Livestock Arena in Auburn Sept. 20. Thomas, who is from Greenville, is a freshman studying animal sciences, pre-vet track.
