Duties:

As a responsible BPO executive, there are many tasks that one has to perform and all of this is focussed on client or customer's satisfaction. A primary job of a BPO executive is to monitor many tasks and the work in the back office handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.

 

Eligibility:

Candidates applying for the position are screened on multiple aspects. Their personality, skill-set, motivation, communication skills are some of the qualities that a BPO employee should have.

 

A degree in any specification from a reputed institution would be an addition. Some BPO companies value candidates with a bachelor's degree in science, maths or statistics depending upon the client they are working for.

 

Other than this, a BPO agent has to have a strong knowledge retention power, give attention to detail, should be quick in offering responses. Being extremely organized despite juggling between multiple tasks is an important facet of a call center agent. Being flexible enough to meet the needs of the diverse customer base, having composed and friendly behavior, creative sense and staying focussed under pressure is important.
