Wooden footbridge on a bush walk track

another name: lespedeza

typical autumn flowers in Japan and one of "seven flowers of autumn":

Patrinia scabiosifolia(ominaeshi), miscanthus(obana), balloon flower(kikyo),

dianthus superbus(nadeshiko), thoroughwort(fujibakama), kudzu(kuzu), bush clover(hagi),

These seven autumn flowers provide visual enjoyment. Their simplicity was very much admired: they are small and dainty yet beautifully colored. They are named as typical autumn flowers in a verse from the Man'yōshū anthology.

John Ellis "Jeb" Bush (born February 11, 1953) served as the 43rd Governor of Florida from 1999 to 2007. He is the second son of former President George H. W. Bush and former First Lady Barbara Bush, and is the younger brother of former President George W. Bush. Jeb Bush is the only Republican to serve two full four-year terms as Governor of Florida.

Bush grew up in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts and then attended the University of Texas, where he earned a degree in Latin American affairs. Following his father's successful run for Vice President in 1980, he moved to Florida and pursued a career in real estate development. In 1986, Bush was named Florida's Secretary of Commerce, a position he held until resigning in 1988 to help his father's successful campaign for the Presidency.

In 1994, Bush made his first run for office, narrowly losing the election for governor by less than two percentage points to the incumbent Lawton Chiles. Bush ran again in 1998 and beat Lieutenant Governor Buddy MacKay with 55 percent of the vote. He ran for reelection in 2002 and won with 56 percent to become Florida's first two-term Republican Governor. During his eight years as governor, Bush was credited with initiating improvements in the environment, as well as reforming the education system. He was also responsible for ending the Florida high speed rail initiative.

Bush has frequently been mentioned by the media as a possible candidate for president in 2016. On December 16, 2014, Bush announced he would explore the possibility of running for President.

Very normal--many people think Bush should be stopped.

I water the citrus tree leaves because I was told they like that. I turned around to water other plants in the yard and found the tree absolutely mobbed with bush tits. I was surprised they were getting that close to me, but they must have really wanted the bath!

Usually a spring bloomer. Surprised to walk out & see both bushes covered with buds.

Bush House is a building between Aldwych and The Strand in London at the southern end of Kingsway. The BBC's World Service department occupies four of the five wings, though the BBC staff will soon be moving. The fifth, south-west wing, is used by HM Revenue & Customs. Sections of the building were completed and opened over a period of 13 years:

* 1923 - Centre Block

* 1928 - North-West wing

* 1929 - North-East wing

* 1930 - South-East wing

* 1935 - South-West wing

This quintessentially British building was commissioned, designed and originally owned by American individuals and companies. Irving T. Bush gained approval for his plans for the building in 1919, which was planned as a major new trade centre and designed by American architect Harvey Wiley Corbett. The construction was undertaken by John Mowlem & Co. from Wikipedia
