Structural steel for the Integrated Sciences Complex arrived on Wednesday, December 21, and the steelworkers have been busy erecting two stories of columns and beams on the north wing. The university community will see the ISC take shape as steel continues to go up and metal decks, concrete slabs and fireproofing are installed through the spring.

Crews continue to do ground improvement work to reinforce the soil under future utility, sidewalk and other hardscape areas at the Integrated Sciences Complex. Concrete pile caps are being installed in the service and supply tunnel construction area and other reinforcing steel and concrete work continues on the ISC foundation.
There barely visible thru the crack is/are the skyscraper "U Condominiums," 46 stories high, erected 2010-2015.

The cellar was being refurbished, and, unfortunately half of this (more than) hundred year old building just crumbled down. I read about it the day before and decided to see for myself. The local paper quotes the owner as saying he still wants to preseve what he can from this building. I hope he is successful. He says the building crumbled because of the old substance in the walls, etc. I would also like to mention that the whole street near here is being dug up too. I wonder if this could also have contributed to what happened. (This is my own image). / Just documenting change, do not have a BEFORE image. I guess I must go there again after these years and see if the building was salvaged or not.

According to my best efforts at online research, the building was completed in either 2004 or 2005. But you probably could've almost figured that out just from looking at it, right?
Its elaborate network of exterior grilles is wooden.

With five floors of steel columns and beams and metal decking in place on the north wing of the Integrated Sciences Complex, structural steel and decking continues to be erected on the east wing. More steel continues to be fabricated in New Hampshire for the ISC sixth floor mechanical penthouse.
