I saw this amazing site on the way to palakked, kerala. The man is carrying an awful lot of buckets on his vehicle. An sight you can only find in Kerala, India.
Everyone with a bucket on their head say "Ho!"
Every time I see Josh put up more photos from Carnival it makes me want to peruse my Carnival file to find more gems.
Unfortunately, most of mine are from only one day, J'ouvert morning.
You can't soap up in holy water, so you have to take a bucket and wash elsewhere. If you're too little to wash, there's always someone in your family who'll bully your limbs into a state of hygiene
Used when cross the Arctic circle. Ice cold water was poured down the necks of willing volunteers!!

A Sinking Bucket on display at The Willet Green Miller Memorial Site Site No.14 in the Town of Cobalt in Coleman Township in the District of Timiskaming Northeastern Ontario Canada
The Sinking Bucket are used to remove waste rock or ore from a mine shaft by a hoist.
I love lists...and creating this layout is inspiring me to make a "bucket list" book of all the things I want to do and my reactions after I do them.

This is a pic of my buckets and drawers where I keep all my stash that I use all the time. The drawers and cupboard are from Ikea, as is the rail for the buckets. They were from the gardening section in Sainsburys.
This cup and bucket was used every morning while I was in Madagascar for my bucket bath. The nationals set up a kind of a bathing tent for us to clean up at. Basically the tent was plaid plastic tarp tied onto 6 poles that surrounded a concrete slab. The tent wasn’t made very well, and every day the tarp seemed to fall lower and lower on the poles making it tough for me to hide my nakedness from the Africans who would walk by. I snapped this photo just before my mourning routine.
16/365 - Not the best picture (hard to take a picture with a jumping puppy in your other hand), but I just thought it was too cute not to post. These two kids where listening to a band at Del Ray Music Week.
Every year our lemon tree produces about a bazillion lemons. I've been busy today, picking them and delivering sacksful to neighbors. I hate to see them fall to the ground, but that's what is happening to a lot of them.

There were sunflowers placed everywhere for us to enjoy while we visited. Some were in beautiful containers, others in pails like this or even red plastic buckets. So beautiful!
Went to The Garden Conservancy - Open Days at Cherry Lane Farm in Marengo IL. It is a 73 acre farm that uses solar energy and a wind turbine for most of the energy used to run this farm that flourishes without the use of commercial fertilizers or pesticides.

Dredge Buckets by Tina Pfeiffer. Gold Dredge, Sumpter, Oregon, June 2007.
Our travels took us to the eastern side of Oregon to explore the ghost towns of the gold rush days! At the height of the gold rush, Sumpter was a thriving community known as the Queen City that sat atop "the mother lode" of ore. Today the dredge has been preserved as a historical site and is being restored by private funding for tourists to visit in the spring and summer months.

Dan slides the cover on the bucket that catches Maple sap. It hangs from the tree by a metal spile or spout. The cover keeps leaves, debris, animals and water out of the sap.
Our colleagues at the Virginia Veterinary Medical Association (VVMA) hosted the DVM Class of 2018 welcome cookout and tubing at the New River Junction on Saturday, August 23, 2014. After lunch, Dean Cyril Clarke and our DVM program leadership accepted the ALS ice bucket challenge and got doused by veterinary students.
