Journaling reads:
"So not sure why I have a bucket on my head...or why there's a photo of it...but regardless I've got a bucket list. Things I want to do-see-feel-experience before I die.
* learn to drive stick shift * [ get published] * get a tattoo * visit Ireland * go to Cinnamon Bay * [win a radio-call-in conest] * [take an exotic vacation] * [sidewalk chalk starry night on my driveway] * get published again * [go to college] * experience true happiness * be debt free * [swim with dolphins] * go to Australia * run a marathon or race * [get my tongue pierced] * climb a mountain * save a life * create an artistic masterpiece *

These stackable, portable buckets are convenient products to integrate into your water conservation routine. Use them for recycling bath water, or catching the blast of cold water when you first turn on the shower. With an easy to pour lip and compact design for storage, children and adults can use these Buckets around the home, garden and for washing the car.
Yay, we're going on holiday!!!
Next week we will be in Turkey! I can;t wait.
This was taken on Brighton Seafront, and came back in this crop. I always get my films processed and scanned at ASDA, with no prints (that way it works out very cheap) and for some reason, the odd one comes back in this format. Oh well, i quite like it.
I'm beginning to get exited about going on holiday (vacation) now and this shot triggered a twinge of excitement.

The Benjamin Powell House was a property acquired by Benjamin Powell in 1763. Powell was a carpenter, who became a contractor and built a couple of Williamsburg landmarks. His house, a restored original building, is now home to lively interpretations of 18th-century children and family life. They have a kitchen, a vegetable garden, a pigeon coop, cows, and children's toys and games inside the home.

The parade of choppers dropping water on the Cle Elum fire. This is only a few. One of the big ones is a Chinook, the one behind it appears to be a civilian version of same and the little one in the lower rt. corner is, I believe, a Kaman. The buckets are "Bambi Buckets' and the large ones hold 2600 gallons of water, which weighs about 22,000 lbs. Shot with a Tamaron 60x300 SB lens.

I replaced the photo detail of the buckets with this scan which gives truer colors. It is for the nitty-gritty folks who enjoy seeing pictures up close - - the "How in heck did he do that?" people.
Sorry folks, more Valentine's Day stuff. This is my rendition of Sharon Zambito's New Year's chocolate champagne bucket. I had made it for New Year's but never got around to decorating so changed it to be a Valentine's Day treat. The bucket and bottle are solid chocolate and the ice is rock candy. The hearts are fondant.
