People on top of the Seven Corners parking ramp watching the MPD drive up to kick us out. The cops were real dicks about it, too: "You're not allowed to be here! No photos! Anyone taking photos will have their cameras confiscated, and you'll have to talk to the FBI!" Bullshit, obviously, but I wasn't about to argue and have some power-tripping cop grab my camera.

Out the check the river at the Wisconsin 94 bridge, it was super high, too high. Decided to cruise up the road and low and behold after a few minutes of looking out the window for a electrical tower i had spotted, i see this huge field of debris! I thought it had to be from the 35W bridge collapse, same color. But how, and why way out here near Wisconsin?
Anyways, i had to get in there, new spots are so rad. I found an easy way in, (over a big fence with mad gear) and saw the twisted and mangled remains of the bridge. It was totally unexpected and fun. ∆
View from the west on the 3rd Ave bridge. That's the stone arch bridge on the left. The lights are set up on the 10th Ave bridge to provide better conditions for the workers below. The 35W bridge is in between the 10th Ave bridge and the stone arch bridge.
Interstate 35W bridge. I heard about it and flew like the wind on my bicycle, as I thought I could offer assistance.

I don't understand why some many non-local, non-national outlets are here. Don't they have affiliates so that they can share video and news? Does a St. Louis station really need someone here? Does a Japanese station?
