Breakfast in Europe, the Stena Europe.
When travelling the high seas, you need a full breakfast, the full English, or was it a full Irish, hard to tell enroute from Rosslare to Fishguard, one final trip on the old Stena Europe, superb meal, this day last year.
A toast to Europe, with plenty of butter.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have anearly breakfast as both days are when I golf during the week. Breakfast, of course, is a daily ritual and I always have fresh fruit chopped up with some yogurt, topped with fruit and fibre cereal
Each breakfast also includes fresh fruit juice and a black coffee.

This great blue heron was determined to have a very good breakfast. Even though his beak is quite large, the fish was even larger. It was entertaining to watch the progression. I snapped a series from beginning until the entire fish went down the gullet (what a lump that made in Mr. Heron's throat)
breakfast time on our boat means heaps of spoonfuls of fruit and yogurt with a dash of grainy cereal
(I stacked the breakfast spoons onto a mirrored surface and used the sunlight through the window with the camera set on B&W)
