Life's so fragile and so frail
we hold on despite it
even though we're all scared sometimes
...and I want to be strong
but I never now where to begin
and the light in the window
is making me want to stay in
darling, you free me
and I'm brave! I'm brave!
like the feeling I had once upon a time
like a bird in my mind
your wings so kind beat inside ...inside
so I turn my face up to the sky
and I know you're up there somewhere
people who seem “fearless” aren’t immune to fear. in fact, they’re intimate with fear—staying present and embodied as everything arises. i’m intimate with fear—daily—yet i choose to live from love and intention. sometimes i forget but then i remember: stay real, true, and brave.

A digital fine art of a Viking ship with it's crew braving natures elements of a storm at sea.
Prompt: storm, and the huge waves rolled towards the ship. In this storm, a Viking pirate ship with a dragon head sailed majestically. The Viking warriors on the ship stood solemnly on the deck wearing heavy armor and holding sharp tomahawks and spears. --ar 4:5 --chaos 25 --v 6.0
This hawklet being raised by eagles is apparently still surviving. Although he looks rather ragged, he has lately been seen on the edge of the nest, stretching and flapping his wings. Time will tell what his fate will be.
A four-day old black-necked stilt chick explores the wonders of its surroundings. These cute chicks are walking and feeding on their own almost immediately, but under the watchful and protective eye of both parents.

Two very contrasting images - this one of a seal pup braving the battering winds of Storm Deirdre a while ago.

Instead of taking snowy detail shots as I normally would do a day like this, I challenged myself and only photographed perspectives and type of shots I don't practise that often. In some snowy and windy condition this man was braving the weather with his rollator to help. 16/365.

We've been watching Brave New World on Netflix recently. It's always interesting to film locations on the TV that you have previously visited. A lot of the series was filmed in different locations in and around Canary Wharf, including the Cross Rail place roof gardens.
Justice League Teaser #1
Just a "quick" image i made in honor of that amazing shot of the Batman trailer & that awesome Jl one !
Made some updates to my BvS/DCEU Batman, made a new head (you can't see it too well here because of the editing but i'll upload a clear look at it eventually) and gave him a TLBM Belt, might be my definitive version of the Batfleck (better be... don't know how many more upgrades i can handle)
Might do the rest of the league on this style of teaser till the movie comes out idk...
Have a Bricktacular day and may the force be with you !

""Well …" The Savage hesitated. He would have liked to say something about solitude, about night, about the mesa lying pale under the moon, about the precipice, the plunge into shadowy darkness, about death. He would have liked to speak; but there were no words. Not even in Shakespeare."
Still hot, still humid. Linus spent most of the day under a fir tree in the garden. He only left the shade for a short moment because I politely asked for a photo. Maybe the bag of treats in my hand played a little role too. :)
Not only where the waves crashing over the wall but also stones where being thrown up, but this lady kept peddling

A number of hardy souls braving the -20º temperatures and wind gusts full of snow on the boardwalk between the Banff Gondola and Sanson's Peak. Sure, we all could have stayed inside at one of the new cafes in the gondola terminus, but with views like this -- complete with trees and mountains freshly coated in snow -- there was no way I was staying inside!
