Lauren began attending the School of Urban Missions and moved into the dorm in January with Olivia. Lauren has an amazing testimony and she is absolutely crazy, in the best way. She teaches Olivia about Jesus, and it reminds me of when I was a "baby" and Vanessa and Griselda taught me.

In the summer of 2018 the ever evolving AC/DC Lane in Melbourne's Central Business District was refershed with a new tribute to the lanes musical heritage with a showcase of images, artworks and murals of iconic album covers.
Murals include references and tributes to the Beatles, Jimmi Hendrix, Rage Against the Machine, Soundgarden, Kiss, Pink Floyd, Frank Zappa, Motorhead, Joy Division, Led Zepplin, and the Clash.

Spent some time in Southampton City Centre on the Bank Holiday Saturday.
He is born again and wants to tell the world about it. Maybe an unlikely figure to tell his story in rap, but he did. Quite a few listeners as well.

A beautiful Ditchburn boat that was rescued just before the demise of a bonfire.
Saturday afternoon, Temple Bar, Dublin. Who would have thought it necessary to turn the Irish towards god? In 2007, these rather shouty born again christians find it necessary to take the streets of Ireland's capital city to convert the heathen Irish to the word of god. Not many listened, some took photos, as souvenirs. But god, did they talk a load of muck.

One day the sky appeared bluer, the grass appeared greener, the people on the road looked lost, ... "You must be born again to enter the kingdom of God", said Jesus. I was born again.
"Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." (Luke 6:38)
Since I got saved, I stopped making photography about death, loneliness, depression and suicide and started making radical documentary work for God about Metro Praise. I began making all my art unto Jesus, and always tithed to my church regardless of how little income I had... and then He blessed me with awesome photography opportunities and I was able to make enough money to sustain me for quite a while.
On top of that, my Canon 40D was not cutting it anymore, I needed a full frame sensor desperately with less noise at higher ISOs.... so I prayed. and prayed. and prayed. And my grandma bought me a 5D Mark II.
God CAN do the impossible.
Vanessa's parents and cats. They were incredibly kind and warmhearted to me, and I'll never forget how they allowed me to live in their house a whole summer without Vanessa even there. Vanessa went on a mission trip to Mexico, and I stayed in her room. Her parents respected my privacy yet were still there for me, and I can't forget all those times I had conversations with Mr. Vargas that he started with "You know, in life..."

....I just didn't know any better. I was on the right track though.
In my mother's final hours of her life, it hit me that God exists. And it hit me that I absolutely needed Him to survive. I came to Him that day, completely broken, in need of a savior. I didn't know anything, despite growing up in a Catholic grade school, so I prayed the rosary. I thought that things might begin to look up...
