Here is my Fairy Godmother with a new body that has legs. Most of my sewing class was figuring out what pattern to use for this body until I bit the bullet and cut up her old body so there’s none for comparison lol.
Anyways I tried to give her body some shape to it but my days of plushie making are dead and gone so I had a lot of trouble making a decent body for her.
She’s full of wires but since she’s so plump it won;t pose so go me for being shitty at this lol.
Anyways I made her a dress in my own style cuz hey, why not.

test shots for some studio work but on film, decided to look at body parts and key features of the body, i used a friend from college because he was willing to model.
film used for the final shots is fujichrome 100 colour slides, these should be going up next week.

Rose and my new original body Barbie have slightly different bodies. New girl has the new arm style, but she also has less noticeable curves. My theory is they changed the original Barbie body to match up with Made To Move's proportions a little better. Whatevs, her outfit still fits Rose great! Plus, this technically means another new body type. Also: I'm repainting this new girl, and I'll be re-bodying Rose soon. Karate Top should be a decent match.
Edit: Forgot to mention that this new girl's range of motion in her legs is significantly less than Rose's. We say we want more articulation, instead we somehow got less.
So I ordered three Xinyi bodies from China but…. only two showed up 😭 I also ordered the ¼ scale body so I’m just hoping it’s in a different package but I’m also annoyed.
These Xinyi bodies feel nice, like comparable to a knock off chinese action figure, if not a bit more fragile but definitely better than the knock off fashionista body.
I’m at a loss for what to put these bodies cuz literally every western doll head is too large and bobble headed but every Japanese head I put on is too small for these. I’m just pissed cuz Jasper matches skin tone wise but he’s too big headed and I don’t think an Allan hybrid will save this boy.
The female body is super petite but super mature so nothing stylistic matches….

este body es muy bonito, es color rosa pálido, un poco más clarito que la foto, de una tela fresquita, entre algodón y lycra no sé, es bieeen elasticado y no se apega odiosamente al cuerpo, lo vendo porque es muy vintash pa mi. Talla M. 2lcs
Ciao a tutti,
una nuova (per me) esperienza..., l'invito di una coppia di amici a fotografare una performance di body-painting.
Ho selezionato una decina di scatti tra quelli riusciti meglio, e che posterò una volta al giorno.
La performance si è svolta circa un mese fa all'interno di un bar, con una illuminazione intermittente che virava repentinamente con tutti i colori dello spettro cromatico.
Gli scatti sono tutti eseguiti a mano libera con D700 e 24-70 f2.8

It may turn out that the only other thing Cat-Mai needed to become the "cat's whiskers" (as they used to say in England) was a new skin with definition and character. Your Mai thinks she found that skin last night on MP - Ruby's 'Rin', clearly intended as an oriental skin if you look at the pic in the link. Mai has been searching for one (not too extremely oriental) for a while, and Rin seems to be just the ticket for Cat-Mai (and a steal at only 250 L$!) At least to Mai's eyes, she now looks much better face-on.
The 'almost nude' sheer bake-on bikini she's wearing here should let you better see the slimmer shape your Mai made for the Analexa small-breasted body... Your wife really likes it, and I hope you do too my love, when you dance and play with Cat-Mai after you get back on Monday :)
