Allora, vi mostro il sottabito di Sugar completo, perché una volta che ci sarà cucito l'abito nero trasparente sopra, le varie parti non si vedranno così bene.
Io sono una fanatica dei vestiti toglibili, lo sapete: sono vegetariana, romantica, amo il rosa, le extension per i capelli e ODIO i vestiti incollati addosso alle bambole!! Con questo non voglio dire che molti miei colleghi che incollano facciano male: per carità, molti sono geniali. Ma io proprio non sopporto l'idea della colla sulla "pelle" di una mia OOAK Barbie… è una mia fissazione! Poi, un giorno, magari sarò costretta a fare uno strappo alla regola, ma finché posso, trovo il vestito toglibile più nelle mie corde.
Basta ciance! Vi descrivo il sott'abito: corpetto in raso chiudibile con un sottile velcro nero. I nastri che ho cucito sotto lo rendono quasi un body: l'ho fatto perché il corpetto non si muova verso l'alto quando si infila il sottogonna.
Poi ecco il sottogonna in tutta la sua "elasticità"! Vestibilità facilissima! Per il momento, pare un abito da ballerina, vero? X-D

Well, I'm showing you the entire Sugar's petticoat, because once I'll sew the black transparent dress over it, the single parts won't be so easy to see, anymore.
I am maniac about removable outfits, you know it: I am vegetarian, romantic, I love pink, hair extensions and I HATE clothes glued on dolls!! I don't mean that many of my colleagues who do it are wrong, a lot of them are brilliant. But I really can't stand the idea of the glue on my OOAK Barbies' "skin"… it's my personal mania!
Then someday, I'll probably be force to break this rule, but as long as it's possible, I find that removable dresses fit my personality more.
Stop with prattle-prattle! I'm describing you the petticoat: satin corset with a black velcro strap that makes it closable. The ribbons I sewed below make it almost a bodysuit: I made it to prevent the corset to slide up while wearing the gown.
Finally, the skirt-petticoat in all it's extendibility! Easy wear! So far, it's looking like a ballerina dress, doesn't it? X-D
This is a zerox of an ancient body map illustration from an old book called Mapping The Body by Mark Kidel and Susan Rowe-Leete. It shows the hundreds of energy points running through the human body.
I used to use images of the body in much of my art and did a lot of research around that. In this case, I used this body map to help illustrate the chakra system as part of the Great Round series, a year-long series on mandalas on red Ravine. See details in the links.

These are the last 4 shots from the body painting demo that I want to share. I've been quiet for a while, but will be back soon, with new and old stuff.

only took 20 minutes but thus far is my most painful tat.
For those cretins who don't know what this is, it's the Tolkien symbol (see the JRRT?)
This photo is one of my favorites from last night's photo session.
The black background, the light and shadow playing on the skin, the suggested body curves... Quite not the kind of photos I usually do, but I really like the way it turned out.
I've posted a couple more photos on my blog as well as a photo of the setup.
It was very simple in fact: a black sheet against the wall, 2 flashes at either side of the model and taking photos from 4 or 5 meters away with a 135 tele-lens.
The head is Bluefairy Tinyfairy Olive in 2014 and the body is Soom little gem female body in 2013, both normal skin.
It did look kind of ok in the photos but in person Soom NS is way more pink , I think too pink for BF.
But I like soom pose-ability so much!!! I will see if face-up will make them match better, otherwise I may have to find her a new body *sigh*
My slightly famous corset piercing, which has graced numerous body mod sites and e-zines. I was even called out for it on the streets of NY whilst shopping! (I was wearing normal clothes too)
Even though I only had it for a year and a half it will always be apart of me. I have the scars to remind me. I will always look back with fondness.
Photo was taken by me, with the help of an ex-boy. There is a red sheet tacked to the wall behind me and the camera was propped up on a stack of drums with the timer on. Despite all of that, it came out to be a pretty nice photo and the cover to my book.
Color balance was corrected in PS to make reds pop.
