Panorama after sunset captured from the Pfaender showing the the Saentis, the highest mountain in the Alpstein massif.

The original from my "Sliders Sunday" image. Not easy such a big light right in front of the camera. I took two or three pictures and the lamp is from one of the dark ones. Not sure if this is the way it's done.

the blue hour in the rain

Kastellorizo island village at dusk, this is one of those few islands where daytime photos are much more impressive, I wish they had better light on the mosque and the houses at the left side, anyway, it's Friday, happy weekend to all.

Haraki beach, east coast of Rhodes island, Greece, an ordinary seaside town, quite unattractive actually, but the castle ruins on the hill are beautifully situated and lit up, this is one of those places that look much crappier during the day.

Unfortunately, I was about a quarter of an hour late to get even exposure for the clock and the sky.

Windmill Kinderdijk the Netherlands. once in a year the windmills are lighted during night for one week.

Nice to have a winter shot before it ends, we've had little snow......seen in my neighborhood; I went home to get my camera, time of the day when snow has blue tones...

Thanks for your visit...enjoy your week! Pat...xo

Blue hour light falls on the coast

This is definitely a rocky beach

Yesterday I was going to shoot sunset once again, but I didnt get to my head where to go. I drove to nearby lake and started to walk on the ice and tried to find something to shoot. I missed the sunset, but finally I found a composition. there's not much bluehour photos on my photostream, but now there is one more.

Going through my 2016 Lightroom archive....... finding this remarkable night I spend with BlueHourMaster Koos de Wit.
