This is one of the two spires of the church in the main square of Krakow. The sun had just set and the lights came on around the central market area.
Some nice weather after the rains.
Hope Flickr brings in HDR functionality, as this picture really pops out in its HDR version.

Sometimes I tell people they can find me bear my office, the local river. Is a joke but also true as I am there multiple times a week. I just love the sights during bluehour. Here is a city view of my home town during one.
The final uploads from Ghent during the blue hour, thankfully the blue hour actually lasts a whole hour there, i cloned out a very intrusive crane.

The blue hour is the period of twilight in the morning or evening when the Sun is at a significant depth below the horizon and residual, indirect sunlight takes on a predominantly blue shade that is different from the blue shade visible during most of the day.

Het lichtkunstwerk 'Rhizome House' van DP Architects stond er mooi bij. Ik heb het werk met enige regelmaat op foto’s voorbij zien komen, meestal in het donker. Het leek mij leuk om het juist met wat meer licht vast te leggen. Uiteraard met reflectie in de bankjes die voor de Hermitage staan.
