Well this is not only wet but very cold - melting ice!

I took this last summer. I find the shapes fascinating - they make me think of hairy caterpillars - and what a gorgeous colour they are.

Ice and Hoar Frost make for beautiful but cold mornings. It has been pretty cold this January, but not much snow. Wonder what February will bring?
alex's seven-year-old son is a dragonologist, i've learned, and he was quite taken with this dragon i'd bought, which came from china. when i showed it to him, he corrected me, saying it couldn't be a chinese dragon because of its feet. so i said maybe it was from romania, and had moved to china, and he agreed that that was more likely.

There are days when blue waters are more soothing than blazing sunsets... this was one of those days... as I was heading back after my rendezvous with the setting sun I was held captive by the blue lagoon which adds to the mystery and allure of my beautiful city... I picked up my Canon EOS Kiss Digital X and at the right moment the battery dies on me, seemed like someone in my pocket was telling me to remember good old days. So here it is, a new shot from my old faithful pal N73
