Our plate of grilled black cod had a couple fried surprises including a slice of lotus root, a square of mini-anchovies and a baby crab!
citrus salted British Columbia sablefish (also known as black cod in Canada), wild mushroom relish, smoked salmon risotto cakes. The mushroom relish was requested to be separated into a side dish.
