This Mack Bulldog Truck was handbuilt by Mack Trucks to Alaskan spec, with added extras, for Charles Mathews Limited of Ontario, Canada, a company run by founder Charles Mathews who were in the business of house moving, as in the whole house. The Truck hardly if ever ventured more than 60 miles from its from its base. Powered by an 11 litre straight six turbo and supercharged engine, it has double drive with diff locks and cross locks, 40 forward and 16 reverse gears and is fitted with two winches and has an adjustable hydraulic five inch flywheel. It retains its original livery and was said to be capable of hauling 180 tons with ease.

When imported to England the truck had suffered significant damage after a nine foot high snow drift had caused the building in which it was stored to collapse crushing half of the cab roof. Restoration commenced in 2016, the old cab was removed and a complete half cab was welded in place and resprayed, spares had been sourced by its original owner, Charles Mathews, and restoration was finally completed.

By 1947 Sentinel was renamed Sentinel (Shrewesbury Ltd.) and with declinning demand for its Steam powered trucks and busses developed a new range of Diesel lorries. Despite Sentinel's superbly engineered vehicles, sales diminished throughout the 1950s, and by 1956 the company was forced to cease lorry production. The factory was acquired by Rolls-Royce for diesel engine production, and the remaining stock of parts and vehicles was taken over by Sentinel's chief dealer, North Cheshire Motors Ltd of Warrington, who formed a new company, Transport Vehicles (Warrington) Ltd, in 1957 to produce Sentinel-based designs under the TVW name.

Another year of roving & rambling. Another year of running to sometimes stand still. Another year of growing but not necessarily getting smarter. Another year of searching …

Leaving the bed way too early just to find those misty mornings by the side of the road …

Searching for one more rainbow in that cold beautiful winter light down this old road …

Just to find a bucket full of tears & a hard luck story & a bad moon risin’ behind & …

Just to see that things left in the dust & all the running makes me miss where I'm from …

And what I will become will slowly taking shape amidst the balancing, the diesel & dust …

Amidst all the long time rambling while we seem to loose our spirit to the wind & sun …

And find rest while listening. And find cure in that ol' brother of mine called whiskey …

But all it takes is smiling at the world & suddenly the sweetest young girls smile back …

At that fast-talkin’ & hell raisin’ son-of-a-bitch & that sinner who knows how to fight …

At this rambling brother howlin’ at the big ol’ moon who was built, just built to roam & …

So he will roll & he will suffer while that damn ol’ road seems to gets longer & longer & …

And suddenly there's a place where everything around you vanishes for a blink of an eye …

Knowing you won’t get lost along the way, someone will wait where you’re heading to …

And these streets are ours even if our nights are filled with smiles all sweet with pain …

But we can never leave 'cause our hearts & souls were there, are there & will be there …

And what we left behind we will return to & where we never been to we're heading for …

In between a milion light years, arrivals, departures & another magic night to dive into …

Señor Blues left 7th street wonderland & he don’t care what tomorrow brings as long …

As it looks dark, blue & way evil filled with all the sparkling late night rock’n'roll promises …

Hearts flutter and race, the moon's on the wane / Tarts mutter their dream hopes the night will ordain / Come schemers and dancers, cherry delight / As a Cleveland-bound Greyhound and it cuts through the night / And I've hocked all my yesterdays / Don't try and change my tune / 'Cause I thought I heard a saxophone / I'm drunk on the moon (Tom Waits)

The Tanker was delivered new to the Esso Petroleum Company in 1963 and was one of the last of this type delivered as production of its replacement model was already in production. The vehicle has a 1962 chassis but was not delivered until in 1963 due to a delay in the production of its taker body.

It was rescued for preservation in 2000 from a London coalyard were it was used as a static tank.

Restoration got underway in 2005 taking two years to complete, the work included the fitting of of a six speed gearbox for more relaxed cruising and greater economy.

Fleet Honda Yausa - Team Dynamics

The Mercedes Actros is a heavy duty truck introduced by Mercedes-Benz in 1995 It is normally used for long-distance haulage, heavy duty distribution haulage and construction haulage. It is available in weights starting at 18 tonnes and is powered by a V6 or V8 cylinder diesel engine with turbocharger and intercooler. Daimler Trucks/Lorries launched the version II of the Actros in 2002, and the version III in 2007 and a IV in 2012.

Team Dynamics - Honda Yausa. Team Dynamics is a UK-based motor-racing team based in Pershore, Worcestershire; best known for their successes as an independent squad in the British Touring Car Championship, including winning the Overall Drivers title in 2005 and 2006 with Matt Neal. It was founded by Steve Neal and former driver of Vic Lee Motorsport, Ray Bellm when they acquired its assets in 1993 They entered as Computeach Racing with Halfords in 2004 running two Honda Civic Type-Rs, purchased from the departing Honda works team, for Neal and Dan Eaves, achieving four race wins and several podium positions. For 2005, under the guise of Team Halfords, they developed a Honda Integra from its basic road-going form, winning the overall drivers title for Matt Neal, making him the first driver to win the overall title with an independent team. Eaves won 4 races for them, and Gareth Howell returned in a 3rd car towards the end of the year to take one win at Silverstone. The team also won both the Teams and Independent Teams championships. Eaves was surprisingly not retained for the 2006 season, the team instead signed Gordon Shedden alongside Neal, who went on to retain his title. In 2007, Matt Neal was again paired with Gordon Shedden. However, they were driving newly developed Honda Civics, required to meet the new Super 2000 regulations all teams must meet to be eligible for championship points. Entering as neither Manufacturer or Independent, the new car scored four wins and several podiums for both drivers, allowing Shedden and Neal to finish third and fourth respectivel. Matt Neal left the team for 2008 to drive for the works Vauxhall, leaving Gordon Sheddon paired with new signing Max Chilton. Again entering as neither Manufacturer or Independent, the new car scored four wins as it did the previous year. Halfords withdrew their sponsorship for 2009, Chilton was not resigned replaced by David Pinkney and afterthe opening rounds, Gordon Sheddon was replaced by James Thompson. Thompson enjoyed three victories with the team but could not complete the season because of prior commitments in the WTCC and Danish Touring Car Championship a mixed season saw the team finish in 5th place in the Champiionship. For 2010, Team Dynamics were supported by Honda UK and ran under the Honda Racing Team banner, with Matt Neal and Gordon Shedden returning as drivers. after a season long battle with Jason Plato in the Silverline Chevrolet the two Dynamics drivers finished second and third in the Championship and the team was able to win both the Manufacturers/Constructors and Teams championships, after scoring ten wins. Their dominance continued into 2011, as the team fitted its Super 2000 Civic with a NGTC 2.0 litre turbocharged engine. This combination allowed the team's drivers to finish first and second in the drivers championship with 13 wins between them. The team also successfully defended both the Manufacturers/Constructors and Teams championships, For 2012 Dynamics entered a new Honda built for the to the Next Generation Touring Car specification. Neal and Shedden would again partner each other in the newly named Honda Yuasa Racing Team after a sponsorship deal with Yuasa. At the end of the season the team took all titles they were eligible for, with Shedden winning the drivers' championship for the first time, the team winning the team's championship for the third time in a row and Honda winning the manufacturers' title. The parnership of Honda, Matt Neal, Gordon Sheddon and the NGTC car remaines through 2013 and 2014.
