Tiny bell from the chocolate Easter bunny (you can see it on the photo in first comment) :)
Macro Mondays - theme: "Bells"
Was totally blank this week with my creativity - then in a desperate attempt pulled of the bells that come usually with golden chocolate easter bunnies (my favourite) and attached them to this collectors item - a clock with bells that don't work.
There is a mechanism at the back with clogs so you can turn the time.
Jingle Bells,Jingle Bells,Schlittenfahrt im Schnee,hey
Durch den weißen Winterwald,übern zugefrornen See,hey
Jingle Bells,Jingle Bells,Pony laufen schnell
Jingle Bells……
Jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way
Oh,what fun it is to ride In a one horse sleigh, hey
Jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way
And oh,what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh.
Dashing through the snow in a one- horse open sleigh,Over the fields we go, laughing all the way.
Bells on bobtail ring, making spirits bright
What fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight.Refrain:Jingle, bells!Jingle, bells!Jingle all the way!O what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh!Jingle, bells!Jingle, bells…..

Here we are, back in Seattle from our journey through the breathtaking landscapes of Olympic, Mt. Rainier and Cascades National Parks. The time we spent in Washington State was memorable. We travelled up mountains, visited the ocean and walked through rain forests, thoroughly enjoying the beauty of unique and rugged landscapes. We have seen turquoise rivers and stunning waterfalls, smelled the moist of the green moss in the rain forest, and marveled at several lakes along our way.
Our journey started and finished in Seattle an interesting coastal seaport City. Prior to our first departure from Seattle to our various destinations, we visited the Bell Harbor Marina several times. The first time it was during the day, and made a note to visit again in the evening, which we did but the wind was extremely strong and it made impossible to take pictures. The second time was when we returned from our trip. It was early afternoon and it had started to rain so we decided to return later. Our third time was a charmer, no rain, no wind, just us, the camera and the tripod. I took several pictures of this beautiful view, finally the City and buildings lights came on and illuminated the street and the Harbor.
This image was taken at the Bell Harbor Marina, located at Pier 66 at the downtown Seattle waterfront. I took the picture from the rooftop of a Cruise Terminal located adjacent to the marina. The rooftop is a large deck and a public park which offers spectacular views of downtown Seattle, Seattle Skyline and the Harbor.

Bells in the Orthodox Church are an integral part of worship, they function as the "voice of God" that calls the faithful to worship , announce events and express mourning. Τhey were introduced from the West around the 9th century and their use was prohibited during the Ottoman Empire.
Eight frame panorama of the Maroon Bells.
We hopped up before sunrize knowing we had only one day to see the sunrise on the Maroon Bells. Rain, wind, cold and a dusting of new snow way up high! We went anyway.
Although we never saw the sun, rise on the mountains or the glass-smooth lake with the mountains' reflection, we were greeted with outstanding Aspens changing color, ribbons of light splashing across the mountainsides and boiling dark skies. No two minutes were the same. I'll post a few of the things I experimented with in the next month or so. There are many. Let's just say the shutter on my camera is just now cooling off.

My garden is still rather overgrown given the rampant spring growth. But these Bluebells are poking their heads up with a patch of colour. I'll have to see how they go when my fallen fence gets replaced sometime soon.
The Bell Tower in Nordby, Samsoe, Denmark.
