My very good friend asked me to take a photo of her and her daughter. This is how they were dressed. I have awesome friends!
Guess what I made this in? Yep, you know it. This is from a scene in the BvS trailer, where in the rainy night, Batman flicks on the Batsignal, and Superman flies in front of it, with his eyes glowing red. So, basically, I tried to recreate the rain and stuff like that. In my opinion, it turned out quite well, but I would like to hear your opinion.

There's trouble in Gotham City and only one man can save the day! Get to the top of the GCPD and help Commissioner Gordon activate the bat signal. - Out of the darkness comes a quite stillness, not even a rustle or a murmur. Has he arrived yet? You feel something near you but there's no one around. Suddenly it appears the shadows have moved closer and closer until you make out a shadowy figure, a dark silhouette with a warrior like stance. A man who has nothing to lose, who fears no one, a brave solider, a watchful guardian,a dark knight. Yes he is here. Batman.
Happy I got this statue. As a product, most of the parts fit quite well except for the cape connection on his right shoulder, which keeps having a gap. Apart from that, I really like the details that went into the sculpt of the figure, including the cracked bat signal. However, I'd very much preferred if they used a less glossy plastic material, like the one used for the Batman ARTFX statue previously.
I find that after ordering a toy, I'll look at the promotional pictures and try to conceptualize a possible digirama, and then scour the online stock photographs for a suitable backdrop... Happened for this one again. Don't think this is the best angle that captures his beauty though -.-"
Probably the last of all Dark Knight / Batman related photoshopping for awhile, unless I really give in to Hot Toys Bank Robber Joker, which is quite unlikely as I'd rather save the money for Target ML Red Hulk BAF wave.
Anyhowz, everytime someone mentions Kotobukiya to me, I'll feel rather sore. Probably because the arrangement of them sending me samples for phototaking never occured, even though it was agreed upon. In short I was given false hope, even though I kept telling myself that until the day the first sample reaches my door, it didn't happen.
Sigh.

The Batsignal is sabotaged by Bane.
Here is a custom head sculpt, done by Greg Sarabia, for the 7" DC Collectibles Arkham Knight Batman. The cape was done by me.
This head sculpt is far superior to the default head shown in the bottom left picture. The sculpt and paint work is immaculate and brings the figure to a whole new level of awesomeness. It honestly looks like a scaled down version of the Neca 18" Arkham Knight Batman.
My only gripe was that my head sculpt was loose but thankfully Greg Sarabia gave me some tips on how to fix it. I highly recommend this custom head sculpt.
Doctor Who? Batman v Superman? Shut up and take my money!
On the Doctor Who set: Flawless TARDIS exterior. Beautiful interior that easily snaps on and off. 3 villains, 2 Doctors and a companion? I think it is worth the high price tag. Custom 11th Doctor in his series 7 part 2 outfit by Billy Riner.
On the BvS sets: Odd that the Superman in the Batsignal set has dark blue legs, but the Batwing set's Superman has red feet. The new Batmobile is easily my favorite DC or Marvel set made yet. Such a great solution to the windscreen. The Dark Knight Rises sets were cool with The Bat and The Tumbler, but this is a proper Batmobile. Fast. Sleek. Agile. The Batsignal and armored Batman? I'm not a fan of the armored Batman (I'd like it better in a lighter silver,) but you get a Batsignal. The Batwing leaves a little to desire aesthetically (More a of a problem on the movie's design/art department. It doesn't look much better in the trailers,) but this thing is great. Collapsible wings and fins with an amazing rapid fire 6 round stud launcher. I though flick fire and recent stud launching tech was silly, but this 6 shooter puts all the others to shame. For once I'm finding myself actually wanting to find a small enclosed area to shoot these things over and over again.
Post-Crisis, New 52, and now DCCU. Great to add another trinity to my collection. (Though I have tweaked the figures a little to fit my tastes.)
First Appearance - Legend of the Dark Knight #94 (May 1997)
Saul Fisher, along with severel others, were trapped inside an elevator. The group began telling to stories of Batman, trying to convince Fisher that Batman was real. Fisher was the author of a contriversial book, and assassins were trying to kill him- the reason behind the elevator breaking down.
One of the stories told was from a retired cop who recalled the story (inspired by older batman comics) of a villain named The Bulb, a villain who used light bulb based weapons. The Bulb had captured and left Batman and Robin in a giant lightbulb, intending the heat to kill them. Batman however used his cape to create a batsignal that shone on to the street. The cops found and freed them, and then they defeated The Bulb.
Fisher eventually had his own encounter with Batman when he defeated the assassins and freed the group from the elevator.

About the Batman Exhibit, DC Comics’ iconic Super Hero
Warner Bros. VIP Studio Tour worked closely with DC Entertainment to create “The Batman Exhibit” and it will be a featured addition on the studio’s historic backlot for a limited time. Visitors will be able to get up close and personal with the original suits worn by Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney and Christian Bale in their respective portrayals of Batman, making it the first time that artifacts from all seven films have ever been exhibited together. In addition, the exhibit will feature costumes worn by prominent supporting characters and villains, including Robin, The Joker, Two-Face, Catwoman, the Penguin, the Riddler, Mr. Freeze, Batgirl and Alfred. Also on display will be a wide range of props, including Batarangs, Joker cards, Two-Face coins, one of the Penguin’s umbrellas and Bane’s bomb. In conjunction with the Warner Bros. VIP Studio Tour, DC Entertainment has also created a historic display of iconic Batman comic book covers that provides a one-of-a-kind, colorful photo backdrop for visitor photos, readymade for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In the studio’s Picture Car Vault, several of the Caped Crusader’s most famous vehicles, including the Batpod, Tumbler and Batmobile, will be exhibited as they were in his lair. Visitors will have the opportunity to activate the Bat-Signal and pose at a Batman-themed interactive green screen photo opportunity.
