For the lettering, I ran some Colourcore cardstock through my Dymo labelling machine and then highlighted it with oyster white and antique pewter inks. The stars were cut with my Cricut and coloured with Black Soot Distress Ink.

journaling: Don't let those sweet faces fool you, these two boys can eat! They are always hungry! The big one more than the little one. It's funny though, they never seem to be as hungry for broccoli as they are for sugary snacks!

stitched border strip:
Cut a 1/2inch by 12inch strip of patterned paper: Christmas Words. Fold every 1/2inch, distress edges, tape along backside the machine stitch lengthwise.
This photo was taken of my daughter and I when she was just a handful of days old.
All items on this page (with the exception of the pearls used in some of the flowers and the Distress Inks) are from BasicGrey's Jovial line, which I *love.* Flowers are hand cut and raised with pop dots. Detail photos are in my Flickr profile.

I used Wander papers and stickers. Still trying to build my stash of cards that are OK for guys too, so this challenge was great. :)
