its not as difficult as it might seem - Youtube has a very good bunch of vids on curling and using pin curls, micro curls etc.
I'm too old for it but I like the look - I think though that the Henna dye is too dark - I'm experimenting with Grey Ombre - I shall let you all know how that one goes.

Hello! I am proud to present Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! This took less than a month to complete, surprisingly, and is approximately 15,000 pieces. The castle itself is over 2,000 parts, as most of them are small 1x1's or 1x2's. The mountainside and the water were fun for me to build, as they were areas I hadn't really explored in Lego previously, and I think they turned out quite nicely. 1,000's of sand green elements went into the landscaping, which got very repetitive to put them all down, but it was worth it in the end. All in all, this is my biggest build to date, as well as my favorite build to date. I would appreciate if you would like and follow, and as always, please comment and like!

I sat here and spent a lot of time searching for a neat one, but I still don't have anything decent sounding.
So I've been wanting to do one of these back pictures. Honestly though, I don't like what I came out with. My arms are always doing awkward movements. Eek. And the colors changed for some reason when I uploaded it on here. At least this picture shows how well my Frederic Fekkai product is working. My hair shines! :)
I forgot to say this earlier, but I just noticed how blank my back is. It's just plain skin. I really want a bar code tattoo on the back of my neck. I don't know what significant numbers I'd put under the bar code, but it'd be bad ass. Yeeeah. And maybe a cherry blossom on the sides of my back. I don't know. Hopefully a few years later I'll upload a picture of my back, and this time, there will be tattoos everywhere. Mhmm.

I have been working on the idea of multiplicty and also landscapes for my current photography assignment; I wanted to combine the two but also have a unique style.
I have looked at the work of others, and they're all very inspirational this idea was to have more figures in the shot, however it looked distracting and so decided on just the two with the backdrop of the lighthouse.
The textures came from two sources one from www.flickr.com/people/yndra/ of the Netherlands, an exceptional artist, and the other from Pye of the slr lounge tutorial.
Both are very inspirational artists, you should seek out their work respectively. The shot itself involves three photographs and two textures, in all seven layers to make this wonderful composition work. My feet did get wet and yes it was very windy, I believe the wind speed yesterday was gusting to ninety five miles an hour!
Although the water was actually warm.

We asked our guide to stop the vehicle when we saw these two vultures on this perfect perch. Our guide had been driving very fast, obviously trying to get somewhere but we were not sure what he was going towards until he said, "Vultures are everywhere, we are going towards lions that just took down a giraffe". After hearing that we felt kind of dumb for stopping for these two vultures, especially since there were dozens, upon dozens of vultures around the kill. I still really like this image though.
In a definite departure from normal procedure, the Reading & Northern's famous "Four and a quarter" undergoes morning servicing, literally in the back yards of residents of New Brown Street in Duryea, PA on the morning of June 26th of 2010. On this day, the 425 would be used to haul a special excursion for the National Railway Historical Society, which was having its annual convention in nearby Scranton. Rather than require attendees to journey all the way south to Port Clinton, where the locomotive normally resides, the railroad brought her and her excursion train to their Pittston Yard the day before, and elected to load the passengers at an improvised boarding location about a mile to the east, which was literally between New Brown Street and a residential neighborhood. In this scene, a member of the locomotive crew makes some adjustments on the engine's air pumps, while a resident takes in this very unusual scene.

Low light and thick timber filled with brambles are the name of the game when you photo bucks in the Cross Timbers of Oklahoma. Even in the rut, they don't like to expose themselves. If they come into the open to approach a doe, they are normally on the move and don't provide standing shots. Surprised this shot turned out at 1/80 and the buck on the move. My lens was wide open.

Yesterday, Janice and i met up with our son and his wife for the first time in more than two years. Of course, we walked the zoo. The day passed quickly!
Back to my Class 56 archives. 56134 passes Drem loops with what appears to be a North Blyth to Fort William alumina train on a sunny 22 October 1999. A popular location of mine.
Courage sits on my desk in the shape of a good size rock and on a piece of paper under glass. The rock is heavy and so were my burdens at one time. The paper is my freedom. It tells me that Courage is doing something even when you are afraid. "I have a theory about courage. I don't think it's a moment of bravery when you have a rush of adrenaline. Courage is something level, a kind of force that sustains you. And that's what it takes to face difficult things, to make it through life successfully."

I AM BACK!!!!!
For the last month and few more weeks, I've been only studying for my highschool exam and lately I've been kept losing sleep..but! During those hard times, I tried to fold something out as possible, so here it is! Another version of Hydralisk! :D
Since I spend most of my time in school, I wasn't able to create anything so complicated, so I chose traditional bases(ex) bird base, frog base, etc) for my new design.. this hydralisk is folded from pure Blintz Frog Base and I'm really proud of it because the way I used to fold this model with that base is quite unique!
This is why I like to design my models with traditional bases! Even though the base might be seen as 'limited', as what you can see from my hydralisk design, it isn't actually 'limited' and the process of making those bases appropriate for the subjects is interesting, it's like making something out of nothing.. :)
Anyway, I've been retired from origami for a long time so the model might not look so good but I hope you guys like it...!!

I have been gone for a bit. The holiday season got hectic, and then I went to France with my family! It was a lovely trip, though I didn't get to shop as much as I'd have liked to because the dollar is worth a paper clip and a clump of lint next to the euro.
