Captured during an evening walk along London's Embankment last autumn. The Playhouse Theatre was originally built in 1882, some 135 years ago! It's been managed under its current name since 1907. The lighting really caught my eye as the city streets became darker at nightfall. Did you know that almost twice as many people visit the theatre every year in London as watch Premier League football?

Taken at the Sussex Symphony Orchestra's rehearsal for their Brighton Fringe event CSI Opera, this coming Saturday at St Barts, Brighton.
Another addition from my trip to San Antonio is this pic of an old-styled box office located somewhere downtown. The ornate architecture lends itself to intricate shadows producing a sort of cinema nostalgia.
Inside, the screams of our heroine echo as she no doubt fends off the attacks of some atomic monstrosity! Oh, when will we ever learn!?
The 'box office' in the 'lobby' or entrance hall, which has the concession stand / bar on the other side. Behind it is a seating area for relaxation. Let's call it a Lounge.
