The Forest Service for sometime has been cleaning up fallen wood, brush and other fuel and burning it as a means to counteract future fires. I'm certain that it has had a positive effect, even when considering the large recent fires. Especially has helped the Yosemite Valley.

This Blythe doll is Blue Rabbit, posing for the theme “Nest” in the Blythe a Day group on Flickr. My daughter painted the nest in the center. I made the dress. The headband came to me as part of a craft swap.
The local wildlife look for some shelter from the midday sun , whilst over on the railway Northern Rail 158786 approaches Selside working the 2H89 1050 Carlisle - Leeds .

The 2 dogs were inseparable. The white/beige German Shepard dog was blind and the little black poodle was his guide and companion. The owner, a lady in our building at the Lakeshore explained this to me and so they always go out together.

Last update of 2022, so time for a collage of the best pics that I've posted over the last year.
The interest I have in my girl side seems to have gone through the roof, and I had way more dress ups this year than I think I’ve ever had before. After having pretty much the same look for years, I decided to change things up with different makeup and blonde hair. Making my lips look bigger, and darker eyes have made a difference, but I still want to experiment more with contouring.
Flickr does seem to be dying on its arse, so I gave Onlyfans a go. While it was financially lucrative, it really wasn’t for me, so I’m winding it down and will be back on here again posting more regularly.

Well, it's my best yet but it needs to be a lot better. It was overcast, windy and cool on Madison County Lake this morning. Not ideal photography weather but you take what you get. For those interested, you can see from the data the ISO is up there. Well, for a D7200. The new cameras probably wouldn't even break a sweat at ISO 5,000.
Yes, it's straight out of the camera. It's tempting to monkey around with it but it is what it is.

Last update of 2018, so time for a collage of the best pics that I've posted over the last year.
There have been some pretty tough times for me in my real world in the last year, but thankfully things are starting to look up. My girl side is always a welcome distraction, and although I don't dress up as much as I used to, I still love having a girly day when I can.
What really has rejuvenated my girl side was starting to go out again after giving it a miss for over a year. A couple of fabulous nights out to BNO and a welcome return to Torture Garden have been truly amazing, and it's been great to catch up with so many old friends and making some lovely new friends on the way too.
Thank you again to everyone that leaves comments or favourites my pics, it really is appreciated :)
