I shot this in a school playground about 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm or so.

I shot these shots using a panning motion. I found I could match the cars speed with my motion right about in front of me. The whole track has this fence around it which makes it hard to shoot really clean shots, from where I was setting anyway.

Calwa--named for the California Wine Association--has its own post office, but it's basically an unincorporated area on the edge of Fresno's southside industrial area. Its streets fit seamlessly into the Fresno street grid. Its tiny "downtown" commercial district is just three blocks of Jensen Avenue which includes this (former?) nightclub, a couple of auto shops, four barber shops, and four places that claim to specialize in birria de chivo (not including El Taco Solito which sits in a state of spectacular decay).
A nice and nasty 7.3 diesel in a Ford 1 ton truck. Notice the PTO on the transmission as well.
