Men often hit the gym to achieve their #bodygoals. They work on their abs, biceps, triceps, and chest. Unfortunately, some men don’t get their pectoral muscles to respond like how they would like them to be. Certain body types don’t easily get a chest muscle tone and definition when compared to other men.

For these unfortunate men, the best option would be pectoral augmentation. Other reasons why people go through this procedure is an underdeveloped pectoral muscle due to a congenital disability or trauma.

Pectoral Augmentation or pectoral implant is a procedure that’ll help shape and enhance your chest. It’ll help you achieve a more defined, muscular appearance of your chest.

This procedure won’t affect the function of your muscles so you can still do vigorous exercises.

Breast augmentation surgery increases or restores breast size using silicone gel implants, saline implants or in some cases, fat transfer. One of the most popular and frequently performed aesthetic surgery procedures, breast augmentation has a long and successful track record in satisfying women who wish to enhance, regain or restore balance to their figures. These are the three top pros and cons to weigh when considering breast augmentation. If you wish to focus on what is unique to you, please consult with your aesthetic plastic surgeon. Breast implant surgery is usually carried out under general anaesthetic, and takes between 60 and 90 minutes. Breast implants generally have a life expectancy of 10 to 15 years, after which they may need to be replaced.

Virginia and North Carolina National Guard Soldiers and Airmen mark the deactivation of the Joint National Guard Augmentation Unit in a ceremony Sept. 11, 2016, in Suffolk, Virginia. JNGAU traces its origins to 1998 as a partnership between United States Joint Forces Command and the Virginia and North Carolina National Guard to enhance total force integration. The augmentation leveraged the military experience, civilian skills and personnel availability to meet peacetime crises and wartime requirements on a timely basis, and it also took advantage of the National Guard's core competencies by augmenting elements responsible for such missions as consequence management for Weapons of Mass Destruction incidents and joint training. With the disestablishment of USJFCOM in 2011, the JNGUA transitioned to supporting the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Joint Force Development, J7 and a portion of the unit also supported Joint Task Force Civil Support, which is currently a United States Northern Command asset. JNGAU was integrated into the USFJCOM and Joint Staff Joint Reserve Unit in a similar manner as the augmentation elements from the reserve components of the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Navy. Women experience unwanted changes in the size, shape, and position of their breasts over time due to certain life events. Fortunately, cosmetic surgery offers women the often life-changing opportunity to restore or achieve their figure through breast augmentation, breast lift, and other complementary procedures. With the multitude of treatment options available, it can often be difficult for patients to determine which procedure may be best suited to their individual needs, whether its breast augmentation or breast lifting. Let us understand the difference between Breast Lift and Breast Augmentation.

Horizontal directional drilling is a relatively new technique for the installation of underground utilities. It allows for the installation of utilities including gas, water, sewer, and electricity and communications cables without the need for the usual social costs associated with open trench installations such as disruption of traffic flows, damage to highways, walks, driveways, lawns and gardens

Delivers maximum efficiency and reduces restoration costs that are associated with trenching

Capable of handling large and small drilling projects

Bores from 30 metres up to 1,000 metres in length

Boring from 25mm to over 2000mm in diameter

Results in a cleaner and more environmentally – friendly job site

Reduced the need to remove or reinstate expensive land scaping or environmentally sensitive objects

Significantly reduced impact on business and residences in close proximate to worksite

No long term costs to continually reinstate trenching due to settlement and eliminates possibility of trip hazards to the public
