This crow could not distract the Bald Eagle from the salmon so it jumped on it's head. The Eagle ignored it and continued to eat.

This poor bee was being attacked by a wasp, which was trying hard to sting her, while she did her best to escape.

Well, couldn't have that eh? So I stepped in, flicked the wasp (no, I didn't damage it!) and after 30 seconds or so, the bee rallied and fell off the bench into greenery below … what a clever bee eh?

Two young White -tailed Kites after each other in mid-air. This seems to be a common behavior among these young birds to dance through the air together. Not entirely sure if this behavior is playful, or is in fact a dispute of territory. Given their age, I'd guess it's playful. Part 2

After a few nerve wracking minutes we heard the sound of incoming artillery and mortars. I flew down deeper into my hole and covered myself as shells hit all over our position. One of the anti-tank emplacements took a direct hit and was blown to shreds. Just as the shelling began thinning out, numerous tanks burst through the thin hedgerow in front of us. They sprayed us with heavy harassing fire from their MGs, keeping most of us pinned down in our emplacements. I only peeked out for a few seconds before 50 cal. rounds thumped into the dirt right to the left of me, sending me back down.

The combination of tank cannon fire and accurate mortar strikes took out most of our anti-tank guns and other heavy defenses before too many of their tanks could be hit. Our only tank, a Stug III, took a direct hit before it could get off even a single round. A plume of fire and smoke shot out of the top hatch and engine compartment, shortly followed by a massive ammunition explosion. Any grenadiers or rocket-bearing German soldiers that leaped out in an attempt to confront the attacking American tanks were met by heavy MG fire.

If we were to hold this position we would need reinforcements. Our radiomen called in for support but were told that all artillery and tank support were being diverted to a more vital defensive position about 12km south that was also under attack. We had to make do with what we had.

The cardinal never saw it coming.

Some days ago i went back to the black grouse lek to enjoy their fightings. Another sunrise spent watching this amazing animals perform their mating calls, mating with females (some picture will come soon) and a lot of fighting. In this image the start of one of these fights that, usually, last few seconds. The animals usually peck each other and hit each other with the wings to try conquering a female with whom to mate.

Hey guys whats up and today I have something really exciting to show you and thats my moc I made which is a DC bridge battle esc moc. The moc took about 2 weeks to build because the planning stage was hella difficult but the end result is cool. I also added a bunch of small details like studs and weak panneiling to show that this bridge has gone through some stuff. I will also be posting more closeups of the moc so stay tuned for that but for now enjoy looking at this dope action scene

It is about time I did a decent castle MOC. My first and second both were not to my liking, so I had to do something about it. I made a "fair" on for Brickfiesta. This one STILL isn't to my complete liking, but not much I can do about it on this MOC due to parts and time. I am getting better though I hope. :)

Castle walls are Old Grey and I tried just about every landscape technique I could on this MOC. Yes. Those are all LEGO leaves.

Feedback would be appriecated, but please realize I focused on landscaping rather than the castle itself. I definitly will be making a much bigger and better castle in the future. ;)

(If added, feedback would be greatly appreciated.)

Henny was already refering to this fight. The Stonechat didn't really like this wide angle lens, in fact he's in love with my 600mm.... Or is he just fighting with his reflection?

After protecting my peacock feathers from all children and animals for years, I find myself allowing Toby kitten to decimate them, one by one, because it's just so darn much fun to watch him.

Lucy (our dog) stands amazed. She can hardly believe it. When the kitten first started playing with the feathers, reaching out from the bannisters and pulling them out of the floor vase with his claws, she would come and get me to let me know the kitten was being naughty. Then when she saw me actually picking a feather out and giving it to Toby, she couldn't believe her eyes. She's like the older child watching the baby of the family get away with stuff she was never allowed to do.
