Details at the crown of the Suria KLCC atrium rooftop. A 5 storey atrium void for the events space. No there is no distortion in the lens - just that the structure is elliptical, our eye and mind forces it to be circle.

Inexpensive study tables built onto railing system overlooking lower level with great views outside. Excellent task lamps. Prototype were hollow doors. Decided to make two tables convention height and two counter height. Very popular. Will be adding more around other sides of the atrium edge.

My wife Joleen and I ventured out of the MGM Grand and the Wedding and Portrait Photographers (WPPI) convention for a few hours and walked around the Belaggio, the Cosmopolitan and City Center. We were pretty excited to see City Center as we have much love for architecture. These are just some snapshots taken while walking around.

Bangin atrium. It used to rain in here. Kinda makes me feel like im standing in a prison yard. I didnt crop this one, because i would have lost most of the top of the image.
City Year San Jose/Silicon Valley had unity rally at City Hall in downtown San Jose for the first time this year on Friday, November 5. Typically we perform PT at Cesar Chavez Plaza, but it is closed for the holiday season.

There's a sculpture in the atrium of the building where I work that looks pretty neat. It's especially interesting in the morning when the sunlight coming in the windows hits it. I'd been meaning to go in on a weekend and take some photos as the atrium is fairly busy during the week (and I need to get to work).
I ended up taking photos in the parking deck, the atrium, the garden, the bridge to the tower, the stairwell, the network closet/machine room and the quadrangle in front of the building. A few shots of a sculpture turned into a 300 shot adventure all over the building with about 120 being suitable to put up on flickr.

At our summer cottage. The house was drawn by my grandpa and grandma, who both were/are architects. It has a lovely tiled atrium, which opens to the lake next to the cottage.
