We just returned from a fantastic 7-night cruise aboard the Disney Magic. Although the weather was hit or miss, it was great to see everything all "decked out" for the holidays (pun intended!).
Long exposures on a moving vessel are tricky, so I took advantage of a rainy day in Cozumel when the ship was nearly empty to take some shots of the atrium. The ship always has some movement, even when in port, but at least we weren't rocking back and forth on those 10-15 foot waves that would occur later that evening!

The Doodlebops perform in the Barbara Frum Atrium of the Canadian Broadcasting Centre (CBC's headquarters) in Toronto, July 8, 2010, for Kidsummer.
This is the The Atrium building at Bay and Dundas in the downtown core. It's an interesting building, and this picture is taken from the interior, looking up towards the roof of the building.
The roof of The Atrium is designed to let in a great deal of natural light, so the offices lining the interior of the building have almost as much of an outdoor feeling as those facing the street. It is unusual for an office building, especially in this part of the city, to give up so much potential space in the name of interesting design and an improved work environment.
