J'avais repéré cette fleur jaune (tritome) que le vent avait rabattue sur le sol. J'étais en train de la photographier lorsque j'ai aperçu tout près de moi cette fleur de pissenlit. Je l'ai cueillie et l'ai superposée à cette fleur jaune. Et voici le résultat.

This amazing garden is planted and maintained by the Puget Sound Dahlia Association in Volunteer Park, Seattle. (This looks edited, but it’s straight out of camera)
TRRA 101 has just come off the Merchants Bridge with mixed freight for the NS at Luther Yard running behind a pair of ex-Conrail SD60Is now painted for TRRA.
Close-up with the Mitakon Speedmaster at F0.95. Just playing around. I think, I can reduce the focus even more and get closer to an almost abstract rendition of the camera or, at least, get to an image that offers just enough information to trigger the association "camera".

Une grande frustration pendant dix jours à Edmonton, il est impossible d'y louer un vélo. Pourtant la ville s'y prêterait tellement bien avec sa surface plane, avec le plus grand parc urbain en Amérique du Nord que constitue la vallée de la North Saskatchewan River. Même des cyclistes, j'ai trouvé qu'il y en avait peu. Une ville de chars...
Comme chaque automne sur les lacs du DDO , les grands cormorans se regroupent pour plonger et pêcher en bande organisée . Ce faisant , ils rabattent les poissons vers la berge où les attendent les grandes aigrettes qui suivent les allers retours en planant au dessus de l'étang .

Pinckneyville is a city in and the county seat of Perry County, Illinois, United States. The population was 5,066 at the 2020 census. It is named for Charles Cotesworth Pinckney, an early American diplomat and presidential candidate.
Pinckneyville is the location of the Pinckneyville Power Plant, a combustion turbine generator (CTG)-type power plant run by Ameren.

ATA HISTORY
The American Thresherman Association (ATA) was organized in March of 1959.
At the annual meeting in 1962, Amos Rixman commented that the Association "organized three years ago this month for the purpose of furnishing some enjoyment to its members and to be the beginning of something very worthwhile." Already in its brief life the Association had earned such a reputation that three towns vied for the chance to become the permanent site for the show. The Pinckneyville Chamber of Commerce invited the ATA with open arms and pledges of support, and the Perry County community was chosen over Mascoutah and Highland for the 1962 show site.

Percival Proctor V G-AKIU at the Light Aircraft Association Rally at Leicester airfield on 29 August 2025. The aircraft was built at Percival’s Luton plant in early 1948 as AE129 but was immediately registered to Rolls-Royce Ltd in Derby as G-AKIU on February 20. Rolls-Royce used the aeroplane as a communications aircraft and company ‘hack’ at its Hucknall factory near Nottingham until 1962.
Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis' new SD60I's bring a transfer from NS' Luther Yard down through the south end of their Madison Yard.
This shot is taken from Canal St. in Brooklyn, IL, and the train had come into the yard from the Merchants Bridge.
