I think I could have made this picture more interesting if I had used the rule of thirds. I'm disappointed that the light isn't as bright as I thought it was.
6. Use the Rule of Thirds: Compose a photo by mentally dividing the scene into 9 even squares. Try placing your subject in different areas within those imaginary squares for a variety of shots.
