Women participants in the Lutheran World Federation (LWF) Eleventh Assembly, 20-27 July 2010, in Stuttgart, Germany, gather on 21 July to discuss possible actions at the assembly and women's leadership in the LWF communion in general.
The Fiftieth Series of Meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO took place in Geneva, Switzerland from October 1-9, 2012.

Global Assembly: an annual gathering to build cohesion and a common strategy for a diverse network
The Global Assembly helps bring cohesion to a diverse network and to formulate shared strategic points of focus for Initiatives of Change. One of the main tasks of the Global Assembly is to elect the President and members of the International Council. Other tasks include approving the annual report and accounts and the budget for the next year.

Every year the youth of the Assemblies of God raise money for the missions' program, Speed the Light, to purchase equipment (vehicles, media, supplies, etc.) for missionaries around the world to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. The youth were in charge of the morning worship service, including a guest guitarist for Praise & Worship, youth ushers, Bro. Daniel leading the songs, and Sis. Amanda bringing the Word and explaining about ways to take the gospel here, there, and everywhere. After service, for a donation to Speed-the-Light, we had hotdogs and chili. There was a Chili Cook-Off which was a big TIE. The final winner was Tangie--who gave a victory dance. (Oh, she who doesn't like her picture taken.)

This shows my frame jig "dishing gauge". I use it to check the alignment of my fixture. The three cones on the fixture are adjustable side to side, so I can fine tune the alignment using the dummy hub as my datum.

If you own a Fiero, either you or someone repairing your car has had one of these assemblies on a workbench. The weak link: the motors.
An aside: The '82-'86 Firebird uses this same headlight motor, except on the opposite side. Gotta love that GM parts bin; that's how they were able to develop the Fiero so inexpensively.
The Brush assembly from an aero engine started motor. The Graphite brushes provide a contact, and thus electrical current, to the motor commutator as it rotates.
