The gang got together for our 1st annual April Fools Somethingoranother. The theme for the night: 'Stache Bash. A few of us grew out our beards for about two months (Casey grew his out for three years), and then we shaved down to the 'stache and had a night on the town--the ATL was none the wiser!
The 'staches are gone by now--and we've paid our respects--but the night will live in McGee infamy.
The other day I found an enormous bug in my house. I had no idea what it was when I saw it, so I grabbed my camera and put on the 65mm macro lens to make sure I got some detailed shots of what I figured might be the important characters. Details at Enormous Unknown Bug!
Without the official plaque it is just some old payphones.

News Corp. and Apple have had a long history of cooperation, but none is as huge as this: Apple will acquire MySpace from the publishing giant for just US$1 Million cash and 10,000 iPads.
Before the deal, News Corp. has been losing millions in the social network due to Facebook's continued dominance. Apple's Ping has also been blocked by Facebook from accessing its half billion members.
This is a huge win for both companies.
News Corp. will get rid of a money losing division, rather than shutting it down entirely. And the iPads will go a long way in luring new subscribers to the Wall Street Journal, digital edition.
Apple will substantially boost its Ping's social cred, along with a boost in band member profiles, a vertical that was previously dominated by MySpace. The free iPads will also continue to help the computer maker make inroads to corporate America, the WSJ's primary demographic.
No word on how many of MySpace's employees will be laid off in the acquisition.
When reached for confirmation, Apple said: "We do not comment on unannounced products or services." News Corp declined to comment.

IT WAS SUCH A FUN APRIL 1ST at the SAINT STUPID DAY'S PARADE in SAN FRANCISCO. There is no other event in the world where folks gather to HAVE FUN and poke fun at the imbedded horrid capitalist explotation of the world. NO VIOLENCE just FUN...
Everyone came in costume...ADDA came as a REPUBLICAN BURNING IN HELL (which we all know in our deepest of hearts is where all REPUBLICANS and RIGHT WING A-0's will end up) !
Everyone gathered at the EMBARCADERO then proceeded to the WORKERS STATUE...then to the OLD STOCK EXCHANGE for the wonderful spoof...SOCK EXCHANGE...everyone tossing old socks in the air ! A RIOT!
Onward to the BANKER's HEART...the big, black marble rock in front of BANK OF AMERICA...where everyone tossed their loose pennies at the banker's greedy heart!
There was tons of good fun, great signs, good vibes, political statements, and incredible costumes
(BTW...so much more fun, much better and more creative than the WONDERCOM folks who have to rely on someone elses creativity! geesh)
