At some stage, Ukraine will become EU member.
EU Council President Charles Michel said earlier today that he expects Zelensky to formally apply for EU membership some time soon. the EU commission will then formulate an advice, it will require a unanimous agreement of the 27 member states to approve the application and grant the status of candidate member state, which would be the start of the formal accession procedure for the Ukraine (this accession procedure takes several years).
Meanwhile, in a never before taken measure, yesterday the Council of National Ministers of the 27member states of the European Union, unanimously decided that Ukrainian refugees arriving in the EU will automatically get protected status for up to three years without having to go through the usual asylum procedure.
360,000 Ukrainian refugees have already arrived in the EU, a figure that is expected to rise to several millions over the next couple of days and weeks.

The National Botanic Garden of Wales in the former grounds of Middleton Hall in the River Tywi Valley, Carmarthenshire, Wales
The gardens are both a visitor attraction and a centre for botanical research and conservation and features the world's largest single-span glasshouse.
The Middleton family from Oswestry built a mansion here in the early 17th century. In 1789 Sir William Paxton bought the estate for £40,000 to create a water park. He used his great wealth to employ some of the finest creative minds of his day, including the eminent architect Samuel Pepys Cockerell, whom he commissioned to design and build a new Middleton Hall.
Paxton created an ingenious water park. Water flowed around the estate via a system of interconnecting lakes, ponds and streams linked by a network of dams, water sluices, bridges, and cascades. Spring water was stored in elevated reservoirs that fed into a lead cistern on the mansion’s roof, allowing Paxton’s residence to enjoy piped running water and the very latest luxury, water closets.
In 1931, the mansion was completely gutted by fire, leaving only the walls standing, themselves covered in globules of molten lead from the melted roof. After this the estate fell into decline, and 20 years later the walls of the main house were pulled down. The site was then bought by Carmarthenshire County Council and leased to young farmers hoping to make their way into an agricultural career.
In 1978, interest had been captured by local walkers, who were keen to revive the splendour of what they could see around them. Setting up a fund-raising scheme, the little money raised led to the rediscovery of a number of historical features. The idea for a National Botanic Garden of Wales originated from the Welsh artist, William Wilkins, whose aunt had described to him the ruins of an elaborate water features she had discovered while walking in the local woods at Pont Felin Gat. Under the guidance of the Welsh Historic Gardens Trust, an application was made to the Millennium Commission to fund Britain’s first national botanic garden for 200 years.

Photographed May 2022 / Canon FP 35mm SLR Film Camera with Canon Lens Mount Convertor P and KMZ HELIOS-44, 58mm/2 lens (13 aperture blades). The film was FOMAPAN 200 B&W stock metered ASA 180 developed in CJT-63 (a catechol+phenidone formula which uses trisodium phosphate as alkali and which also contains triethanolamine). The negative was scanned with a Pentax k3 DSLR and Schneider COMPONON-S 80mm/4 enlarging lens on a helicoid extension tube. The image was edited on an iPad mini using the Snap Seed application: full frame scan of entire negative area without trimming.

Bodyfy is bimontly event (april, june, august, october, december) that regroup designers of different background that will present their creations in one location. The general theme is connected to everything that touches the skin (skin, tattoo, makeup , scarification , henna , piercing , jewelry, body part, mesh head and more.) The style is industrial, alternative, grunge or other similar style. Clothes are not allowed at this event.
This event is for women, men or unisex items. Bodyfy opening on December 8th and ends on Dec 24 th. Each designer will have to create one exclusive item related the theme and it’s not a discount event. We are reaching for high quality items and there is no prices limit.

Luxury Condominium Tower Proposed at King and George
As developable land becomes more scarce in Downtown Toronto, new developments are being proposed for increasingly small and restricted plots of land. The latest of these proposals is an interesting plan submitted to the City of Toronto a few days ago on behalf of property owner York London Holdings, proposing a slender residential tower tucked behind a heritage property at 187 King Street East.
The luxury condominium development—to be known by the address 65 George Street—would rise behind the heritage 4-storey circa 1879-1880 building, originally known as the Little York Hotel. Designed by Core Architects, the 17-storey, 72-metre-tall condominium tower would contain just 16 units, with each level housing just one full-floor 2-bedroom + den suite, each with direct elevator access, and with either a private outdoor terrace or balcony.

Holland House, 92 Yundah Street, Shorncliffe in northern bayside Brisbane. Built in 1889, it's walls could tell 1000 stories.
From the Brisbane City Council Heritage Register -
Holland House reflects the appeal of Shorncliffe as a seaside resort for Brisbane residents in the nineteenth century. Built circa 1889 as a hotel, it was intended to cater to vacationers brought to Sandgate and Shorncliffe by the new railway line. It was refused licensing, however, and its proprietor was declared insolvent. From the early twentieth century it operated as a boarding house, known initially as ‘Dorset House’. The large timber residence was a popular holiday and honeymoon destination in the twentieth century before it was converted to flats. This block of land was granted to William John Loudon in September 1856. Loudon, or Louden, had operated the Lamb Inn, one of the oldest hotels in Fortitude Valley, and a hotel on the road to Sandgate. He opened a hotel in Sandgate but did not develop this site. Although large, the site did not have views to the sea, and was not particularly close to transport.
This situation changed by 1882, however. Yundah Street became a popular area for boarding houses, while the rest of Shorncliffe began to develop rapidly, leaving few areas vacant. ‘This land is in reality the only large block left in Sandgate for subdividing purposes,’ wrote sales advertisements, which claim, though exaggerated, was borne out somewhat by the increasing number of houses, shops, hotels and holiday homes built in and around the area. Loudon’s site, since purchased and sold by Arthur Wettendal, was transferred vacant to Jacob Dickinson in 1882.
Dickinson was a Fortitude Valley second-hand dealer, who appears to have purchased this site as a speculative investment property. He also had another property in Sandgate, ‘Bella Vista’, in which he resided in 1889, and evidently also hosted boarders there.
In January 1889 Dickinson applied for a licence for his Yundah Street property. He had prepared plans, which he presented to the Sandgate Board, and estimated the cost of the new property at £5,000. In April 1889, a new application was made for the property in the name of RF Daniel.
(Dickinson attempted to turn his property into a hotel in the late 1880s. He applied for a hotel licence but his application was refused on the grounds of a hotel being ‘unneeded’. Although Dickenson had claimed that he had turned away paying guests for lack of room, Sandgate already featured accommodation. The 1885 post office directory listed five hotels and eight boarding-houses, including two temperance houses for teetotallers. Other proprietors, like Patrick Murphy, had also had applications refused but constructed large residences
In spite of this response Dickinson had completed construction of the property by 1890, when he was declared insolvent.)
Holland House, built in 1876, was a popular guest house for honeymooners. The house and a tennis court stood on grounds of one and a half acres within two minutes’ walk of the beach and three minutes from the railway station. Mrs English, the proprietress, offered visitors ‘every attention and all home comforts’ as well as ‘milk and poultry from our own yards’. It was not only the promise of fresh seaside air and home cooking that attracted American servicemen to 92 Yundah Street during the second world war. At that stage Holland House operated as a brothel.
Mrs English had valuation for Holland House dropped from £240 to £180 in 1933 (depreciation in values.)
The building seems to still operate as a boarding house.

Searching small abandoned Jedi hideout in Malaastre system, large forest fields, everywhere you can be ambushed Zillo Beast or Dug raiders, isn't fun.
We got echo from Imperial Inteligence about group of one two Jedi masters and one Padawan, plus some humans still beliving in Jedi order hiding somewhere on northwest parts of the planet. Jedi with his Padawan got 501st. two days ago, they lost one just one member. We, 41st., splited on groups per 15 soldiers must order Palpatine's Order 66 followed his vision about order in Galaxy - kill next Jedi. 35 years old male human Jedi Master is our target and we can't fail. Intelligence says she should be hide in old Comunication outpost.
Then said web are almost here, first traces of civilization are antenna and some type of vaporator. We must moving silent, like says our training, be ready for everything. We are here, outpost on the clearing in the woods hidden in rocks. Everyone expects a snare but nothing happened yet. Control panel of main entry isn't in the best condition but looks like a working. New plan is raid in base, I must turn on night vision on my helmet because is twilight and the last rays of the sun aren't enough.

Jedi we found was hidden in the abandoned Comunication outpost and was subsequently neutralized. He was surprised and did not cause much injury and no death. The body was burned and the lightsaber confiscated. The whole unit is now pointing to the pickup. CT-8678-55 ends

I would like to introduce new RPG group called Dark Times, group is focused on timeline after Order 66, for application - like me, you must make executing Order 66. I have to admit that with writing stories like this I have not had experience so far, and I have always admired the other work and time spent with it. But now I know it's really fun and fun as if you were writing your own book. This scene is from my Comunication base Zero 4, whitch I still own, but I also used it as good application scene.
Huge thanks for Photoshop mag, ruleyourgalaxy, for his fantastic edit, all comments about photo quality and cool effects deserves Malen.
