Are they just trying to be bright/colorful or are they saying they are LGBT Friendly? No wrong answer, just curious.

Bowline Point Park is on a peninusl the juts out into the Hdson - near an industrial facility to its north. TO its south is an entry in to a cove that the peninsula shields from the river. Far past the cove, to the south, is an upscale apartment complex built along the water, which is visible in this photo. Haverstraw, by the way, is a mostly working-class town.
The apartment complex is called - what else? - Riverside Apartments.

it came out almost exactly how i wanted it, but the focus of the picture is confusing [i didn't know where to look first, so neither would anyone else] and though i wanted my face to be darker than it's background, i didn't want it to be THIS dark. therefore, it was cast into this album
Unfortunately it was getting dark when I visited this complex my photographs contain a lot of noise.
The current complex is described as follows: "Clancy Quay is a high quality multifamily community in Dublin, Ireland. Kennedy Wilson expects to add over 400 units to the existing 423 units including the conservation and refurbishment of nine historic army barracks and the construction of four new blocks."
Clancy Quay was originally named Clancy Barracks which featured a fourteen-bay two-storey camp stores and ordnance depot built in 1899-1900 on the site of a riding school.

Above the previous photo I noticed the pink skirt in part of the window. I thought it just fit perfectly with the the muted pink colour of the outside of this, what appeared to be an apartment complex in Holguin, Cuba.

In this section of her artwork we see Sétanta having let loose his sliotar with his hurley at the guard dog of the smith Culann.
Renamed as Cúchulainn after this event, he goes on to play an important role in The Ulster Cycle (in Irish: an Rúraíocht), as well as in Scottish and Manx mythology.

Since I was relatively close to the area, I decided to stop by my old apartment, #244 at Wimbledon Woods in Hayward.
I've been back to these apartments once before since moving out.
It's a weird feeling to return to this place. This was the first place I lived when moving to California, and was the first time I was living on my own. Driving into the apartment complex and even driving on the route from the highway to the complex had memories from this time period flooding back. Though I was there for only about a year and a half, it was still a rather formative time.
It appears the person living there now hasn't been around for a while--there is a stack of newspapers out front and a few white notices on the door.
I wasn't very happy with this place when I moved out. There was a not insignificant amount of crime in the complex for one, and I had a dispute with the management about a decision they made regarding our cable service which made me realize as long as I was living in an apartment complex there were people more concerned with profits than keeping me happy in charge of a lot of little things that affected my daily life.
