This animation is sort of showing its age, but I thought it was cool at some point. It shows the angle in this L-system going from 0 to 180 degrees:

This is an animation I made from the porch of a rented condo in St. John, Virgin Islands. I used a Canon XSi DSLR and a 14mm lens. The super-wide lens has the unfortunate effect of “flattening out” the image. It is difficult to tell, but this was taken on the side of a very steep mountain overlooking Coral Bay.
