The animation of the shoe shows the process of my ink drawing. Here, I was exploring a simple yet detailed technique, which was inspired by the work of Michael Krebber.

Saturday 21 Feb isn't just any Open Trip to Dollars. Along with the usual tour in our condition-of-the-art facilities, Dollars tutors Dave Creighton and Nick Brown are providing free tutorials in specialist VFX software Mudbox and RealFlow, giving our prospective students a distinctive understanding of digital pipeline from the growing animation studio Malaysia and visual effects industry. So, should you arrive on Saturday, just what are you able to be prepared to learn?

Dave Creighton is going to be teaching Realflow, a effective tool for creating dynamic simulations within the visual effects pipeline. Think stiff like water, smoke, fluids - any type of particle systems that might be difficult to create using traditional keyframe methods.
