I was next served the amuse bouche, which is normally just a small one bite course, but here it consisted of five dishes (not bite size either!). They were all quite interesting and different, and while I'm sure they were all very well prepared, I didn't find any of them particularly delicious.. it could just be my palate. I'm much more into very clean and bright flavours and crisp or melt in your mouth textures. There seemed to be a lot of bitter flavours in these dishes and the textures were a bit mushy.

The one with rabbit ear is an almond cookie, not sure what it's doing on an amuse bouche plate.
