Knox College students perform Mosque Alert, by Jamil Khoury, directed by Neil Blackadder, Feb. 25-28 in Harbach Theatre.
I had a completely different image all ready to post, then I felt that small voice telling me it was time for something else. I walk amid the green of spring, and post of the things I see there. I was feeling a bit overloaded with green in my stream.
I picked up my camera, which I had already prepared for use earlier in the day but did not use. My two cats were in poses of repose, as is their usual stance 90% of their lives. Smokey further turned herself upside down as I pointed the lens her way, turning a nice sleepy cat into an odd-ball looking, paws in the air, but looking at me with interest. Not as interesting as before. Sissy, seen here, was the same. Her prior position had her head tucked into a corner of the comfy chair she was perched upon. I pointed the camera at her, and this is what she looked like an instant later.
Alert and curious. That's their behavior the other 10% of the day.
