Pre-construction Phase: first floor. This photo gives a good impression of the amount of removal work that needed to be done even after the library had moved to Teign House. Nearly all of this furniture was donated to charity which was good news.

Previously an office, all office accommodation will be consolidated into one room on the top floor. This room will become the IT and Communications room.
