Pre-construction Phase: top floor. Previously the 'Gordon Plahn Room', this space will be converted into a specialist bathroom for adults with learning disabilities.
Here, you can see the room has largely been cleared of furniture. The chairs seen here were donated to a local charity. You can also see a hole in the wall where intrusive asbestos surveying has taken place.
