This was a square created in Illustrator with a gradient mesh applied, then duplicated and made into a sort of grid, in March 2014. Then reopened recently in Illustrator and adjusted, saved and opened in Photoshop. Changed the color, duplicated the layer, changed the blending mode, did some transformations, various adjustments, until I saw a cat. Then I knew it was done, except for cropping, and further adjustments.

Had so much fun working with shadows last week it seems that I am still finding them. I just received my new lens yesterday and wanted to try it out. It is the Canon 85mm 1.8 so I expect to be working with it quite a bit while becoming familiar with it.

This is a photo of hanging lights in a hotel in Oklahoma City. I used an Acrylic Photoshop Action to create an Acrylic look to the lamps.
