The most popular drink on their menu, this drink features a pisco base with muddle kaffir lime leaves and grapefruit juice. Holy effing god is it good.

At the Olde Absinthe House in Pirate Alley. I didn't like the absinthe that much (too much licorice flavor) but Marion liked it... and it was her drink anyway, so that was fine. I had a Pirate's Punch that I didn't get a photo but which tasted much better than either of the drinks I did get photos of. :>
Yeah, that's right, Absinthe, again. Absinthe is actually an alcohol usually about 70% alcohol by volume. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO POSSESS OR DRINK IN AMERICA! A new law enacted a few months ago repealed the ban on the manufacture and sale of absinthe in the United States. Taking advantage of this, a local distillery -- the same one that makes the award-winning Hangar One Vodka -- began immediately producing a very traditional style of absinthe. It's been very hard to find since they're making it in small batches, and people have been snapping it up. But we recently found some bottle on sale in our local high-end boozateria. Yay!
