April ABS Challenge
My starting point was this lovely ceramic Pendant by Tracee Dock of The Classic Bead. I could easily imagine this little flower being picked from Monet's meadow! I also used silver plated chain, clasp, and jump rings from Nunn Design and a seed bead mix from Glass Garden Beads.

An excerpt from the latest Chapter of Bent Souls
She can smell the intoxicating scent of wine on his breath. His lips brush hers and in an instant, she is kissing him back. His muscled chest tauntingly presses into her own. Her mind races with thoughts of Henry, but her body quickly submits to this warmth flowing through her body. The kiss is over all too soon, he gently caresses her cheek with his rough hand.
ABS-CBN Starbucks. It is right after you pass the first security guard when you enter the ABS-CBN entrance.
My contribution to this month's ABS challenge is based on the lovely colors in the painting Carnation, Lily, Lily, Rose by John Singer Sargent. I built the necklace around the pendant and toggle clasp that by chance were similar to the colors in the painting. I used lapis lazuli sticks and sterling silver wire for the chain. The sterling silver lantern beads fit in with the theme. I used a copper bee and a piece of copper chain which is attached to the toggle clasp to increase the warmth of the color scheme to be more in keeping with Sargant's painting. The pendant and toggle clasp are handmade by me from earthenware ceramic clay. They are hand painted and gloss glazed both sides.
I blogged about this necklace here:
