I snapped a quick video of how I am testing the pull strength of the pulley. This is the first test and I made a mistake by not enabling the "Peek Force" feature of the force meter.
The above is a dead simple and cheap way to disconnect ABS at your leisure. Key thing is that if you want ABS to go back on, turn the switch off, and turn the bike off, so ABS cycles back to a closed circuit.
Easy peasy! Have done the above on my 2012 Super Tenere, and on a 2012 V-strom 650 ABS. Zero issues. Yes it can be done on the new T7 super Tenere, as it's a simple single channel ABS, just like the two bikes above.
