Took out one of my fins this morning at Pacifica. Fell dropping in to a wave and met my board on the way down with my hand and upper arm. Fin put a nice ding in the board as it came off.

electric stop arm (new modern style stop arm)
Electric Stop Arms - they are the new modern style stop arms. All electric stop arms use a stop sign which is a bright red octagon. Most school buses use this type of stop arm now a days. They work better than air stop arms. Some electric stop arms have square lights which are cool and modern. This is the type of stop arm my very own school bus will have. Toronto District School Board now only use the electric stop arms (new modern style stop arms) now a days. By the time I live in Toronto Ontario all school buses will use electric stop arms and all air stop arms will be used in museums, used as antique collections, and also will be used at the Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World.

the swing arm is held in with one long stud after detachment from the two rear shocks, and easy job. But the rear footpegs are rusted in and the RH peg snapped inside the swingarm as i unscrewd it, it seems the rust is stronger than the footpeg.
A friend handed me a six-pound crystal cluster and said, “I want this two and a half feet off the ground in my garden. Make it awesome. Money is no object.” This is the resulting sculpture, without a doubt the most grueling and most satisfying piece I have ever made.
The arm is life-size and modeled after my own. Every major bone and artery is represented in steel or copper wire of various gauges. The crystal is affixed to the hand with light-gauge silver wire.

The master of this bar is a former arm wrestling champion. If you can beat him, you don't have to pay your bill. We chose Dean, the mighty Australian, as the representative for our table. He did not win.
Looking southwest across Turnagain Arm.
Turnagain Arm, which is at the northern end of Cook Inlet (Pacific Ocean) is actually quite shallow - so when low tide presents itself, we see sandbars for a lack of better way of describing it. During winter months, ice that is brought in my high tide often becomes "high and dry."
Here, we see one of the "rivers" that flows during low tide...and lots of dirty ice on top of everything else.
From India. worn on the upper arm. The band is woven by hand and the emerald is the size of my thumbnail.
Artery was harvested from here.
Veins are more commonly used, but my surgeon prefers to use arteries as they last longer ;-)
He also prefers to use from the arm rather than the leg, which not only gives me a readily available 'war wound' to show off......but means recovery/movement is more quickly achieved :-)
Downside.....I feel I now need to get a tattoo on that wrist stating: "In the event of unconsciousness, please check other arm for pulse before closing any lids on patient", as I no longer have a pulse in that one :-o
Late 15th century padded & quilted "arming doublet. Detachable sleeves. Fine Italian linen and organic cotton batting. This is what soldiers would have worn under their chainmail & armor, padded and quilted to protect against banging metal and abrasions. Color came out way too bright in these photos, looks almost pink, whereas it is really a dark cranberry red. At any rate, it's all done and ready to ship!
