While the block of Court Street between Vine and Walnut has been renovated and rebranded as the Court Street Plaza, the block between Walnut and Main retains the older Court Street Marketplace design and branding (for now, at least).

The market of Israel's capital contains more than 250 vendors who sell fresh fruits and vegetables; baked goods; fish, meat and cheeses; nuts, seeds, and spices; wines and liquors; clothing and shoes; and housewares, textiles, and Judaica. And also restaurants and bars offering sometimes haute cuisine food stuff.

Marketplace Mall opened in 1975. Its current anchors are Macy's, Bergners, JCPenney, and Dick's Sporting Goods/ Field and Stream. Sears closed its Marketplace location in 2014.
Construction, Week 74 (Demolition Video Screenshots)
(cont.) …but I’m choosing to instead end my photoset today with this overview of the new store, which I thought was pretty cool. In fact, I think this entire video was cool – I loved seeing the overviews of everything, from the elevation differences to the crazy parking layouts to the millennium décor remaining in the old store and the red block border atop its perimeter walls, seen bottom right above. I’ve added a photo note to this pic for one last extraneous thing I wanted to say, but otherwise, this does it for my 2016 weekly Kroger updates! :)
More to come from here in the new year, as the project finally wraps up (hopefully sooner rather than later!)… and until then, stay tuned for Week 53 (extra week due to Leap Year – unsure how one extra day results in a whole extra week number, but I’m going with it) of my regularly-scheduled weekend photosets this Friday!
