Here's my 4th entry for Brickscalibur, in this case for the Trading Places category.This LEGO MOC is loosely inspired by the city of Riften from the game Skyrim. The main market area is at the higher level around the tree, with a fruit stall, a blacksmith and a fabrics vendor. Some more shady activities are running at the river below.

Heading over there, we find inconclusive evidence as to what's actually going on, save for the now-missing "coming soon" sign. Ah well – what's no help to the mystery is a big help in providing a view of the two finished gables :P

This shopping center was built in 1987.
This is a Kroger Marketplace construction site at Perkins Plaza on Perkins Avenue in Sandusky, Ohio. Kroger is building a 124,000 square foot store set to open in 2016. The new location will replace a 1976 built 62,000 square foot Kroger store nearby that was last remodeled / expanded in 2004.
