Am Mittwoch 25. Juli war es auch schon so heiss (max. 33,6°C) und so bin ich halt mit Hund Kátya im Auto zum Parkplatz am Römerturm gefahren und dort eine kurze Runde im Feld gelaufen. Auf der Höhe dort oben ging ein schönes Lüftchen und später saß ich noch auf meiner Lieblingsbank im Schatten und Kátya konnte sich austoben.
On Wednesday, July 25th, it was already as hot as yet (max 33.6°C) and so I'm just drove with dog Kátya in car to the parking lot at "Römerturm" (rebuilt roman tower) and there walk a short round in the field. At the height up there was a nice breeze and later I sat in my favorite spot in the shade and Kátya was able to let off steam.

Das Foto verdanke ich unserem älteren Sohn, der in Zürich lebt. ( Ich war leider noch nicht wieder in der Schweiz.)
Die im Privatbesitz befindliche und nicht betriebsfähige Ae 4/7 - 10961 wurde am 7. März von Biasca nach Uetikon verschoben und steht nun im Gelände der ehemaligen Chemiefabrik.

7 baby ducks in this family.
They seem to enjoy getting messy. Every time I visit they are swimming in the plants. I suppose they can find a lot to eat there. The mother is never far from her babies.
At least, I think they as opposed to harlequins which have a more spiky larval skin at the base of the pupa! Was lovely to see the fresh one in the main shot!

VWH2286 LK17CYP seen at Ladbroke Grove working on route 7 towards Oxford Circus.
Hydrogen Double Deckers are said to be ordered for this route due around Summer of next year. Though it was said on May 2019 that they were to arrive this year, that never happened.
